   I absolutely love the burgers from Thrill & Grill! The food is always amazing, and I really enjoy their different sauces. Masud bro gives outstanding customer service — whenever he’s in the shop, I know I’m going to get great service and delicious food. It always makes the experience even better. Highly recommended.

   I'm not one to give low rating in my reviews. But here the service was awful, the guy in the front taking my order talked to me like he was giving my food for free, ignoring my questions and felt like he just wanted to get done with taking my order . Despite me saying twice my order was for eat in. They packed it for takeaway, when I said again it was for Eat in, he simply emptied the contents into a plate and served me. I used to eat from here regularly and was one of my favourite spots . Came back after a while and will probably never come back . Disappointed!

   I was excited to see this open as the ambience and decor looked pretty good. But it quickly fell apart once I ordered the food. Food here is priced about 30% more than an average chicken shop, but the food quality is worse. Portion sizes are tiny; ordered a chicken shawarma box and was shocked to see the tiny amount of chicken included. Not to mention the mountain of old salad stuffed on top of the already tiny box. Save your money and head to spice hut which is right around the corner from this and they offer much better value.

   New place opened in Gantshill near the roundabout. Very clean and nice decor. Food was delicious and the prices very affordable. Will be going back to try other things very soon. The single platter £9.99 good deal and the burgers are succulent.

   Definitely no "THRILLS" here. Poor service. I ordered a "shrawama", far from it. Soggy, mixed bunch if sauces and salads without asking, even then a sharwama is a middle Eastern food item . Chips were soggy and they forgot my drink. This was far from that, I then returned it and they didn't even ask if it was OK or what was the reason. I then ordered some nugget, I mean can't get any more basic.. Full of oil. Defo avoid and all these 5 stars reviews come on guys and gals! It's a place where they people defo are just working with no idea how to fry things. It was freezing too.

   Went in for the first time after it opened on 22nd December. Lovely bright decor and seating. The gentleman hosting welcomed us in and advised on what to get. We got the lamb shawarma meal and the grilled hot wings. We did wait a little longer than intended and so we were given an extra drink for our troubles. The hot wings were very hot and the lamb was well cooked and juicy. The chips were very crunchy. HURRY FOR THE 1ST MONTH OF OPENING YOU GET 15% OFF ENDS 22ND JAN 2023
