We bought a pair of pyjamas from this company (LFW Group Ltd) via their Taylor and Jackson outlet. We simply took them out their gift bag, tried them on, discovered they were much too large, and we sent them back. Their terms and conditions specifically allow the item to be tried on (as of course, they should) and they returned pyjamas to us in the very same gift bag they said they weren't in. Don't trust this company if you think you might need to try something on and return it if they don't fit.
