I was disappointed with my experience here. The fish smelt and tasted off, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they showed little concern and offered no refund. Additionally, there was a cat wandering around in the back, which did not seem appropriate for a food establishment. Overall, not a place I would recommend.
The food was delicious even tho the chips was a little wet and kind of got stuck on the paper bag! The service was definitely amazing! They were very friendly and such DIVAS!! Defo coming again with families and friends. It was warm and relaxing so I was very grateful to chill there. VERY recommendable!
The worst fish and chips of my life. Not only was the batter raw, the fish smelled so bad not even my cat would touch it. What a waste of money. Avoid this scammy place, they have no idea how to fry fish. And neither do they care. Now I get what the dead cockroach ws doing on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.
Feeling very sick. Ordered haddock, chips and mushy peas and it is easily the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. Used to go to this chip shop since I was a kid and something has changed in the last year as the food quality has gone completely downhill. Fish tasted off and the chips had been cooked in oil that hasn’t been changed. Avoid this place at all costs. £30 is a lot of money for cheap food
Lovely chips always freshly made. The kids portions are very generous and the cod bites are crispy.
The fish tastes fresh and delicious. The batter is crisp and light. Chips nice not greasy. This was a take away order.
Best fish and chip shop yet. The cod was delicious and filled with fish instead of batter like most places! Definitely recommend!
Chips were not cooked but the ones that were we lovely .. I paid &1.90 unbelievable for curry sauce nd you get more at McDonald’s unacceptable specially in the living crisis we are in.
Enjoyed a takeaway of Rock and chips, freshly cooked to order. Very tasty. Great service, greeted with a smile. Recommend
