My daughter and I went for lunch here today. I have coeliac disease and our waitress Donna was so good at explaining to me and helping me pick my food. The allergy booklet is great but the font is really small so its difficult to read. She was very understanding and really made me feel easy about ordering. So well done to her. The meal and service was beyond excellent. We got the bill and were horrified to see that a large coke is Β£5.95. This added almost Β£12.00 to our bill, half of 1 3 course set menu price. I can't believe that draft or cans could possibly warrant charging a person that much money in this economy. It did damper our lunching experience and shock us completely. We will think twice about dining there again, or drink water as that's free.

Had a lovely pizza drinks and dessert here last night before going to the arena. Food was beautiful and we had amazing friendly service from Donna! This place is also great for anyone who is coeliac or on a gluten free diet like my friend. The free from pizzas are tasty. Thanks again I will be back ☺️

Service was great, lady called Anjali who was lovely. Found us a table with room for pushchair, chatted and was smiley and polite throughout the meal and very helpful. Food service was quick, all food fresh and hot. Very tasty. Did the 2 courses deal and was great value

Last Friday, my friends and I dined at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great, especially since we could watch the chefs cooking, which added to the overall experience. After finishing our meal, a server cleared our table, and we continued chatting for about an hour to an hour and a half. Just as we were about to order some drinks, a staff member approached us and asked us to settle the bill and leave because they needed to combine our table with the one next to us to create a larger table. Although they apologized, the situation left a bad impression, especially since the restaurant was only about 70% full. We didn’t understand why our table had to be rearranged when there were still plenty of empty seats. What made this experience even more frustrating was that we had made a reservation, and the restaurant never mentioned a time limit for dining. If they had, we would have been more mindful. Since we had originally planned to order more drinks, being asked to leave felt quite disappointing. In the end, we decided not to stay any longer and just paid the bill. Overall, the food and ambiance were excellent, but the service could use some improvement. If the restaurant has a time limit for tables, they should communicate it clearly to avoid situations like this. Hopefully, this was just a problem with one particular staff member and not a reflection of the restaurant’s overall service policy.

I had a wonderful experience here, as always. The food is delicious. I had a very small appetite and ordered from the kids menu. The staff are really friendly, inviting and helpful. The restaurant is really clean, the bathroom is modern and clean, it is a lovely atmosphere. They have colouring for the kids and high chairs. They cater for disability access.

Really disappointing experience yesterday - our party of 8 (Inc 4 kids) arrived 20 mins before our booking to a very quiet restaurant - 4.20 on a Sat - we sat down and noticed the pizza chef was fast asleep in the corner. Nobody came to see us until 4.45 by which time we were looking to leave. Our drinks orders were taken, swiftly followed by our food order. The restaurant was filling up now with other larger parties. Starters didn't arrive until 5.15 as the later arrivals were served before us. Mains came not long after but the forgot one pizza, so by the time that came some of us had finished. The food was nice, the staff members were lovely and friendly but the service and attention to our table was woefully lacking.

The food was ok but not worth the price. A bit of a wait for our drinks and the bill but food was quick. Limited things on the desserts menu but what we got was ok. The goats cheese pizza was nice but again not worth the price. The prawn pasta again was ok, but nothing special and relatively small size and lack of prawns.

Top quality food and fine service, for a price. I stopped here for a quick dinner before a concert and had a delicious pizza. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the restaurant wasn't too noisy or cramped. The selection on the menu was really great, although they were out of stock with a couple of the seafood dishes. My only hesitation to return would be that the food was a little expensive. However, there are plenty of cheaper options in the town centre if you're looking for a low cost meal. Zizzi will give you a great meal every time with a tasty cocktail to go with it.

A very tasty meal enjoyed at Zizzi. The starter was delicious and we couldn't believe the size of our pizzas. Pudding was squeezed in and was worth fitting in. A beautiful restaurant with very good service and decent prices too. I'll definitely be returning but won't over order as I didn't eat again until the next day after eating at lunchtime. Well done Zizzi!
