   This is by far the worst buffet place I have been to. The food was horrible not fresh, no atmosphere staff seemed not bothered whether the food is fresh or not also not very attentive. Wouldn’t recommend it at all save your money and go somewhere.

   I would not recommend this place at all. The food quality was not that top on, some are too salty and some are tasteless. Quality of the sauces are very poor, specially the peanut butter sauce. They didn’t even fill up some of the items e.g. prawns. Once you complained about filling up then they will get it for you. I was being there before as well but that time they had verities of food options and test was good. Now they have removed most of the items and quality of the food was very poor. They even charged for the toddler, which you compare to the other restaurant is free under 5 years old. And when asked the staff about it, they were very unprofessional to give me a correct explanation. Last time I was even charged full price for my kids as well.

   It was the second time I went to the restaurant and I would like to express my dissatisfaction, as I had the same experience as before. The Gourmet Buffet restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the experience fell short. When I visited, the buffet had very little replenishment and many options were almost empty, which was quite disappointing (photos attached). I understand that unforeseen situations can happen, but in a buffet system, keeping the dishes well stocked is essential. I left again with the feeling that I didn’t really get to enjoy the meal as expected. I believe that with more attention to this point, the restaurant could provide a much better experience, as it has potential. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements and customers.

   We got to Jrc and it was closed so we searched for buffets near us and found this absolute gem. Hands down, this food was honesty amazing and the staff are really and kind. The food to the atmosphere absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!!

   I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in to this place, but I have to admit they tick every single box for a good buffet place. The service was exceptional from the beginning, greeted with a smile and welcoming. They have a variety of dishes which were absolutely delicious, though there were a couple that probably weren’t as fresh but that’s with every other buffet. My favourites were the sweet chicken, the fried wings, both noodle dishes with chilli oil and curry sauce and beef teriyaki. Even though desserts were limited the jelly and ice cream really made it for me. Other places don’t do such sweet and flavourful jelly. The fruits were a nice touch as well. O have to say, for £11.99, it’s well worth a visit specially when everything’s fresh!

   The food is nice albeit limited choice but one staff member is rude and needs a basic lesson in customer service and decency. I did read the reviews on this woman staff member with blond hair with most people saying she was rude and unpleasant and today I witnessed it myself! I dont for the life of me comprehend why she is still employed unless she has relations with the owner or he is too scared to repremand her! Either way, whilst she is there the place will continue going downhill no matter how good the quality of food is! Manners and humanity cost nothing so maybe this so called woman needs to read these reviews so she can get it into her head you cant treat customers rudely & not expect them to retaliate!

   Not a bad place for buffet for £10.99. All halal food, drinks are separately priced. Not a lot of items but most of them tasted good. The duck ans beef items were kinda dry and chewy, other than that the sevice was fine.
