   Wow wow wow, what a tremendously good meal, this curry place or should I say palace packs a load of flavour and wonderful service. From the smoothness of the pint of cobra against a tongue that’s seen a hard day, to the pleasant kick of the curry that reminds you not all in life can be mild, our experience was unparalleled in this place of culinary craftsmanship. The unmatched perspicacity and sheer indefatigability of Taj Tandoori, makes it a feared opponent in any realm of restaurant endeavours.

   Server was friendly and the restaurant was pleasant but unfortunately the food was really disappointing. The dishes were totally lacking in spice and the korma was ridiculously sweet. Weird texture to everything and just did not taste like Indian food. It clearly catered to a bland European palate. Hope to find somewhere more authentic next time.

   The restaurant is always spotlessly clean and the staff are always very helpful and attentive. The food is excellent and portions plentiful at a competitive price. We have eaten in many Indian restaurants over the years and this has always been, and always will be, our ‘go to’ curry house. Well done to Mokbul and his excellent team.

   Best Naan I’ve ever tasted and the most divine tandoori king prawn masala. My friends were equally delighted with their meals. The restaurant was full, which is always a good sign and the waiters were incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t fault this restaurant.

   Heard really good things about this place but sadly the food was really disappointing. Curries all tasted like they came from jars of sauce. The service was good though and it was really busy on a Friday night which created a good (but loud) environment.

   Nice lunch, quick service, lots of options, served on heated plates. Good value. Did feel forced out prematurely as they wanted to shut after lunch- waiters stood a bit too close to the table making it feel rushed.
