   We used to order from this Chinese all the time, years ago we got the food home, they actually rang us to say the rice wasn’t edible and told us to throw it away and not eat it — which was shocking. We decided to try it again but when we started eating, we realised the chicken in the curry was off. It had a slimy, rubbery texture and tasted awful. Is made if feels sick and put paint in are stomach we decided to chuck it away .i was Really disappointed, especially after how good they used to be. We definitely won’t be ordering from them again. After telling them we want a refund for the food that made ill they refused and said if it’s in the container still we give the money back which is strange I don’t know what they was going to do with it. Also the lady was very rude aswell I going to to take this further I pretty sure it was not chicken or even save to eat. Really disappointed after being a regular customer for year.

   Absolutely amazing Chinese! The food is always spot on — full of flavour and freshly cooked. Delivery’s quick, prices are fair, and I’ve never had to wait long. I’m moving house soon and honestly going to miss this place. One of the best around!

   We’ve been ordering from Oriental kitchen for years now. So sad to see the lack of positive reviews, I’m sure if they asked their costumers to review more- they’d be plenty of positive and happy reviews !). Food is always good, hot and tasty. Woman on the phone is always so nice and speaks perfectly good understandable english- unsure why someone reviewed her so negatively?? Would definitely recommend this place ! Just felt the need the review as we just placed an order and couldn’t believe that this place isn’t higher rated! Love this place and the food !

   The food is good, was first time trying it and genuinely I loved it. There is a lot of flavour and the lady was very sweet aswell. Great costumers service and will definitely get food from here again.

   I am really disappointed with the quality of food. It is tasteless, soggy and so rubbery. The fried rice I also ordered just looks white. I am not sure where they source the chicken from, i could not eat it. What a waste of money (£30). I should have settled for supermarket instant noodles. At least they have some taste. The king prawns chop suey costs around £6.40 and is essentially made up of 80% beans sprouts!

   Never given a 1 star before but the food was definitely tasteless. Crispy chilli chicken was very very chewy no chilli couldn't even taste any chicken. Sweet and sour chicken hong kong style I could have made it better myself just feels like they poured watery sweet and sour over some chicken.

   What happened to best Chinese food in Hainault??we had beef today where porsion become half of size as before, absolutely no taste. Singapore style vermicelli was in good size , but rearly meat or vegetables been found. So sad... it was our most likeable place in the area..

   Have always used this Chinese for as long as I can remember. Long delivery times but the food was always really nice. However, ordered tonight and can’t believe the difference in food. It’s is tasteless and beef is really chewy. Not impressed. Looks like it has changed hands - so will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway - truly disappointed
