    Rude bad mannered staff. I visited today looking at the lovely lighting dept. As i was leaving a ginger haired member of staff very rudely said to me CAN I GET PASSED YOU, no please or thankyou. She almost knocked me over. I am disabled and walk with a walking aid. She rushed over to another member of staff who had called her over, who was seemingly busy rotating stock in the ladies dept. She also pushed past me with no manners. I felt like i was a huge obstacle in the way. I wont be visiting this store again. It was 5,30 pm on Tuesday 5th August.

    Mayesha was amazing, she's one of the best clothing stores customer support I knew, she was very nice, I came to buy something but when I told her about the event I have and which style I want , she suggested a full set that was different than what I wanted but it was really wow and more than expected I can't thank here enough

    I called in store today to collect an order and upon opening this, I realised it was nothing like what I ordered. A didn’t have time to stay in the store whilst this was sorted out with the directory, so a lovely young girl promised that she would try to resolve this for me. Shortly after I had left the store, I received several emails from Next, advising that I had been refunded. The young girl called Chantelle who resolved this for me was very understanding, professional and apologetic. An absolute credit to the organisation. Thank you

    19th April 2025 I went to Next to collect a parcel ! The lady who I met the day before - told us the deliveries come between 8 am and 11.00 am I got there 11.37 am the lady at the counter already had upset one customer before us saying the parcel had not arrived, when it had it was just getting opened up as was mine ! Yet she fobbed us both off and told us to wait for a message ! Good customer service would have been to tell us to wait ten minutes and go and dig out our order from your delivery! Shocking, I will be returning my son’s clothing as soon as I receive it ! Really really upset - considering high street retailers are struggling - bad customer service will be the end off you

    Absolute shambles trying to collect a parcel - waited over half an hour in the cold with a small child and it wasn't even that busy, however they seemed to be having loads of problems with other people's orders too. They clearly have zero control of their stock room or know where anything is, and not even so much as an apology.

    It's not bad little store great for free parking. If you have ordered a parcel it great pick up place. Like all next stores they don't believe in staff so not many about especially in the evening it quite poor to be honest. Best to go at mid day if you need help with anything.

    When I walked in and had a look around, I think I only saw 1 member of staff and she was behind the till serving someone, now, as much as I dislike being asked whether I need help or staff pestering me, I did find this rather strange. The shop itself was clean and the clothes and shoes were well organised, in size order etc. Which is always a bonus in my eyes. The selection of items was alright considering the size of the store.

    Sale Time :-) . Have found some very good offers not available online. You can use changing room unlike other shops so bought everything without blind spending.
