   Waited in store for 30 minutes for 2 cod and a large chips. Quite a long wait but thought ok it’s fresh. About 8 Uber drivers all come in and get served before my order. I get my order and get home, no fish!! I went back, the guy practically called me a liar. He eventually gave me 2 fish which I paid for but my chips were cold by the time I got home. Wont be back. Going elsewhere as this is a recurring theme at this place. They charge you and don’t give you the item and hope you won’t notice. Avoid.

   Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a fly cooked into the batter of the chicken I ordered — completely revolting and unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. I contacted Uber Eats and reported the issue, and I truly hope it gets properly investigated. Food safety should be a basic standard, and clearly, it’s not being upheld here. I will never be ordering from Mr. Chippy again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

   Service was second to none and so much care and attention to preparation clean surfaces and freshly cooked fish that the smell and aroma greats you long before you walk in the door. I must say I had no idea such a gem lay on my doorstep I will become a regular now that I know where you are and hopefully my review will show others too ….. honestly food was delicious a must try

   Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean environment. Lots of options to choose from on the fish or meat menu. Kebabs, fish and chips, burgers, etc. Quick service on my first visit. You can pay by cash or card. There is seating space available and you can eat in if you so choose. The food tasted good. Will definitely visit again.
