   Been going to this lovely takeaway for years. Food is lovely, fresh, Ahmed always gets the chef to make it to your liking (spicy or mild). Prices are good and you get great portion sizes. I am moving away from the area soon, so just to say a huge thank you for your service over the years Ahmed and all staff. From Miss Taylor (Lillechurch Road).

   I have been using Bayleaf for 30 years. Even though I have moved to another location (right on the edge of their delivery area) and now within 200 yards of two other indian takeaways, I still use Bayleaf. The food is absolutely amazing. The man who answers the phone is still the same as when I first used them, and is very friendly. I have occasionally ordered from others, but they only make me realise how good Bayleaf is. Only once in those 30 years has an order ever been wrong. I got chicken instead of lamb. 100% recommend.

   We made the fatal mistake of trying somewhere different tonight for our weekly Indian takeaway. If you want Indian food then this place is hands down the best on Dagenham. Reasonably priced, always hot and fresh. Not swimming in oil like some I have had and really well spiced and flavoured food. We will be ordering back here next week.

   Great place, a hidden gem!! Ordered the chicken tikka roll, tandoori, mushroom rice they were delicious!! Would definitely order again and recommend to friends and family. Delivery time was great, really fast and friendly staff!! Perfect meal for a having a night in!! :) Thanks Bayleaf for some great food!!

   I have used Bay leaf takeaway for at least thirty years! the food is always excellent; delivery service is faultless with a very pleasant delivery Gentlemen! I had a friend who has a nut allergy, phoning and ordering was as usual easy, the lovely man on the phone walked me through my order and had no problem providing food without any trace of nuts; the food was absolutely delicious as always and my friend was really impressed, he has never been able to have a whole selection of curries on one plate without fear of a serious reaction! 5 +++++++++ Many thanks!    This place is excellent. Very reasonable and Ahmed ensures the food is made to your expectations. I am very fussy when it comes to food, especially Indian as is my 10 year old nephew. However, this place is now his place of choice for an Indian takeaway, previously this was a restaurant in Portugal!
