Very poor food quality and staff have little English or broken English, meaning that the order is either completely wrong or is missing items. When you tell them the order is wrong, they waffle on and try to make excuses. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere!
Disgusting food and people. Kebab cold, literally 5 strips of meat. Saveloy ice cold like from a fridge, not even sure if cooked. Slimy as well. Sausage in batter was like it had paper not batter, very strange. Chilli sauce was literally red thin water. Called Shop div on on phone said he'd call back and never did. They closed straight away and turned phone off. £20 wasted and now gonna let everyone know to avoid these people. Embarrassing customer service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Robindood Fish Bar, and I must say, it was one of the worst takeaway experiences I've ever had. The service was incredibly unprofessional, with staff seemingly indifferent to their customers. They made mistakes on nearly every order, which is just unacceptable. To make matters worse, they forgot essential items like salad and sauces, leaving me with incomplete meals. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it all. If you decide to take your food home, be prepared for disappointment, as the quality drops significantly after a short drive. My meal was barely edible after just 10-25 minutes of travel. Overall, I would not recommend Robindood Fish Bar to anyone. It’s by far one of the worst takeaways in the UK in my opinion. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a decent meal.
Food used to be best in the area. Since these new guys took over, the service is terrible, over priced and food quality is not what it used to be. Strongly recommend the other chip shop located across the road.
Great place for takeaway. But unfortunately had no curry rolls left. Otherwise worth a visit as decent portions given.
First time using the Robin Hood. Food was delicious. Best chips I've tasted for a long time. Everything cooked fresh. Friendly staff. So good we're ordering delivery tonight. Will definitely be a regular user.
