   Got a take away for myself and my children which cost £41.90. The first dish I opened was the egg friend rice and we found a little black hair. Didn’t think anything of it at first but then on my child’s first mouthful she pulled out a long hair from her mouth which put not just her but all children off eating any more of the food. Called oriental chef to explain this and without me agreeing they just sent me another egg fried rice with a driver. I returned to them the hair on a tissue for them to show the owners. They said for me to get a refund from just eat at which I tried. Sending them all the information regarding my order and the pictures (see attached) - of the hair and food not eaten, just eat only offered a £5.30 refund for the “affected item” I am disgusted with the meal, as I was the only one that ate anything. Plus the outcome of all of this. We will never be ordering from here again

   Amazing food and fantastic service! Every dish is packed with flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The menu has a great variety, and every time I order, it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the delivery is always prompt. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine its easily the best takeaway in Dagenham!

   Crispy duck was dry dry dry. Must have been cooked and reheated. Salt and pepper squid was also dry. Worse than frozen food cooked and reheated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Just-Eat reviews are switched off for this establishment, that tells a story in itself.!

   Unable to give 0 stars, food was disgusting, chicken was days old and too rubbery/hard to even bite. Noodles were cold. No taste to any of the items we ordered. Will NOT recommend at all. Disgusting that we paid £50 for food that was inedible.
