   I ordered grill wings family meal. He asked if I wanted spicy and I said mild. Didn't expect him to put peri sauce which it didn't state peri wings. It said GRILL WINGS. How is peri sauce meant to be spicy. Ive always hates peri sauce. The whole grill was tangy. Customer Service is poor and handling food was disgusting as I saw them pick up a bunch which fell from the floor and put it back on griller. The woman working sneezed towards someone's order and laughed it off. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID

   MAM GRILL HUT - first time trying the new venue which was previously known as the grill hut. Since under new ownership, the eatery has had brand new interior which is vibrant and welcoming, far greater improvement. The tables were clean and plenty of seating was available. As a group of 8 we were attended to by the extremely friendly staff. Menu items are plentiful. We opted for the grill chicken platter with 4 lamb chops grilled chicken wings and 2 large sides. Food was prepared fresh and succulent. Flavour was spot on. The fried chicken was fresh and extremely tasty. Customer service was really good with all requests being catered to. On a separate occasion we ordered takeaway and the food was just as good! A great new addition to Goodmayes. Well worth a visit.

   The chicken was nice however i was served with EXPIRED KETCHUP which the restaurant claimed that it wasn't expired but later proved by my friends that it was expired causing all of us me and mates food poisoning which meant that i had to miss college due to it . Disgraceful.

   Don’t see where all the negative reviews are from? I have given it 5 star for the reason that it is good as the area where it is and taste, I have no complaint. People serves very respectfully.Best peri peri chicken and Also have good Bariyani. However, Parking is an issue, sitting is good but not too good. I’ve been coming here for years- Eat-in and takeaway and always enjoyed everything. Staff are always friendly and food always great and good value too.

   I would give zero star if I could. I am regular at this place but will no longer be going there anymore. The staff,especially the owner, is very rude and arrogant. Went to collect my order, the whole place was empty and the owner was on his phone and acted like I disturbed him. I said hello to him and he ignored me. Took my money but no please or thank you. I asked for extra sauce, so he decided to charge me an extra £1. The food was tasteless. Nan breads are getting thinner and thinner by the day and taste like supermarket pitta bread. They act like they are doing their customers a favour. With attitude like that they will lose more customers like myself. Appreciate your customers and treat them with respect unless you want to go bankrupt. REMEMBER, you need the customers and NOT the other way round!!!!!

   Food is cold and chewy. Staff is extremely rude , do not waste your time and money and health! I am sure council will look in to this as a big health and safety issues. Serving Cold food which will lead to poisoning people!
