I really love their food — the pizza, chicken and rice are just amazing. I don’t live in Goodmayes anymore, but every time I come back I’m always very well served. Highly recommended!
The need good staff I order and they asked me to come to collect in 5-6 minutes and I went back to my car after 5 minutes I went their and the guy realised he forgot to prepare the order then fries too. The were talking to each other and the place is empty. Food is fine just need good staff
Horrible service. The staff are LAZY and just stand there talking while they make you wait. When their friends come in they are quick but when anyone else comes in they make you wait. Also the fillet burger they gave me was hardly a fillet. Just some chopped up chicken breast that looked like it was scraped off the bottom of something and then drenched in sauce so I wouldn’t notice. I have been there maybe 2-3 times and EVERY TIME they have just ignored me and only when I complain they say sorry here you go. Disgusting behaviour and disgusting food. NOBODY GO HERE - SAVE YOUR MONEY.
The food is delicious. The sitting area isnt up to standards. Cleanliness wise 4/10. The staff is good working, the food delivery time is good, however, attitude towards customers 2/10. The grilled chicken and rice 8/10. Overall - Food (good) - atmosphere/sitting/cleanliness (not good).
I visited this place as a stopover for a quick snack. I ordered a Chicken burger and a chicken rola. Both were amazingly good and tasty. Prices are reasonable and quantity is good as well. Everything available here is halaal. They have enough seating capacity. Definitely will visit again!!
Honestly worst chicken and burger in my life. I went home sick after taking one bite out a chicken wing. I managed to stomach enough courage to try my fillet burger. It was so small like tiny and event Mc Donald’s has a bigger cheese burger. A legit scam I payed £7 total. The guy at the counter way cleaning his teeth with a Uber eats order slip. Nasty honestly I asked him to wash his hands before handling my pizza and he said “ Is this your shop?”. They would not give me a refund either would be in your best interest to avoid this place
Scam artists They advertised buy one get one free on pizzas yet charge full amount. They don't have a complaint process and lie to you that they don't have a manager you can complain to. If there is no manager then obviously complaints should be sent to the owner but they refuse. No apologies, no refund, and they even refuse to provide a receipt. AVOID!!!!!
Amazing pizzas and good price. Peri peri burger has a generous size chicken fillet inside. Almost always they will get your order wrong or won't be ready on time. I always call in advanced and most of the time the pizzas are not ready or even in the oven yet. They either need additional staff or a front store manager that commands and keeps everything smooth. If they don't sort the problem out I can see them loosing customers rapidly. Hopefully they will as the food is amazing. Original above review from 2020. Update 2022: HMC halal certificate was revoked so I won't be going again.
This is the most disgusting and humiliating food industry cheating the public, which I had never expected from this law-abiding country. I ordered for a full tandoori chicken with large french fries,after reaching home when I opened the parcel box,to my great shock and surprise I such a thin and low quality potato french fries which I had never seen in the entire London. I feel that griller management is intentionally and deliberately cheating the customers with such low quality food.
Avoid this place guys. The Asian lady is rude also in the cashier. This is disgusting pizza. It used to be good. The environment is not good staff talking too loudly, rude, uneducated and extremely not a good place to enjoy food. The pizza is not cooked properly and the price is overpriced. I am not going there again. I would rather choose branded pizza company to order pizza.
