   I have been eating in Zu’s on and off for over 15 years. They always make the same great Chicken Grill, it’s superb, grilled from raw (not boiled first like everyone else). Takes longer but you get a proper grill taste. Always the same standard and great taste. The staff always try to please customers too.

3. We Fit All ★★★★☆

   Love their Grilled chicken although it’s mostly bones - they serve it chopped into multiple pieces and clearly cut off and keep some of the meat as a large portion does not equate to a whole chicken. In fairness they don’t advertise it as a whole chicken. But other than that their food is lovely and consistently the same quality. I’ve been eating for years and it’s always brilliant.

   Review for Zu’s, High Road Seven Kings (Uber Eats Order #8808F, placed around 3:00 AM on 18 April 2025) I had a very bad and dangerous experience ordering from this restaurant. I found a staple pin inside a piece of meat in my food. While chewing, I felt something sharp in my mouth—it turned out to be a metal staple embedded in the meat. Thankfully, I didn’t swallow it or suffer any injury, but this could have caused serious harm if it had gone unnoticed. It’s extremely concerning that something like this could make it into a customer’s meal. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. I have taken clear photos of the staple and the food for documentation and will be reporting this to Uber Eats and the relevant food safety authorities. I strongly advise the restaurant to urgently inspect their kitchen practices and ensure this never happens again. What happened was not just careless—it could have been dangerous to someone’s health.

   Overall the food is really tasty and fresh, especially the chicken grill. The chicken was tender and juicy. The naans are made infront of you. The sitting area is small and the toilet is a bit dirty. Also the service is a bit slow as they receive too many delivery orders. But the food is really good. Highly recommended.

   Got biryani for the First time have to say it was very nice and spicy, only downfall you only get two pieces of on the Bone chicken with it. They should try adding more chicken to their biryani I’m sure it would sell more.

   Absolutely delicious!! The kebabs were the best we have had (and we have tried many), it was very flavoursome, you could really taste the various spices and left us wanting more! The chicken shawarma was top notch, nice, juicy and had flavour to it, not bland as most restaurants!! A good portion too. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!
