If you’re craving authentic Jamaican food with a true taste of home, 7even Restaurant is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the lovely owner, Keisha, whose kindness makes the experience even more special. The food is absolutely outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Portions are generous, ensuring you leave satisfied and smiling. The service matches the quality of the food: attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. And don’t miss out on Demi’s sweet mocktail—it’s the perfect refreshing touch to complement the meal, crafted with the same love and care as the food. 7even isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience filled with heart, culture, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy real Jamaican flavors served with love.

I usually buy from Paradise but as they were closed I decided to try this restaurant - never again. Sorry but the food here is really bland. Lacks seasoning and taste. Ordered Mac & cheese for our child and it literally tasted like pasta (had to add cheese at home). The jerk chicken was not jerk, lacked flavour and the oxtail was just meat on rice. I hardly give negative reviews on food, because usually it’s ok or there’s something salvageable. Sadly, on this occasion there was nothing positive. The price is also very high in comparison to other local Caribbean restaurants. Great customer service but the food lacks in taste, flavour, portion size and cost.

When there on Saturday for my niece, nephew and myself birthday, food was good, had soup and prawns for starter. Which was good, for main course had jerk chicken, which was good, oxtail was okay but too much of a sweet taste, the curry was good, but for me personally i dont like sweet pepper in curry, kids had fry chicken they enjoy it, will definitely go back.

I will be definitely returning to this restaurant the food and the service was excellent. This is the best stem fish I’ve had at a Caribbean restaurant, I was left wanting more. My cocktail was the perfect drink to complement my experience. The manager was very friendly, knowledgable and pleasant, she made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Great job you are winning thank you for making my day.

We visited on a Friday evening, the service was friendly and welcoming and the food delicious. We had brown stew chicken, oxtail, rice & peas, plantain and coleslaw and the portions were a decent size. They had a DJ on site playing some great music; he's there the last Friday of the month. We will definitely return.

My opinion of this restaurant is not the best nor the worst. It's pretty average. It's located at a strategic location, which is right at the traffic lights junction, so most people will notice it. Be warned though, there is no parking as a result of that location so you will have to find parking elsewhere. The waitress was nice and warm, which made a difference. The restaurant had better ambience though than some others I've visited. It's just quite small. I noticed there was just one waitress and one chef. That could put a damper on things if the restaurant got full. Even though it wasn't full, it still took more than 25 minutes to get our dishes because the chef had to prepare dishes for a couple who came in to order takeaway. It meant we had to wait longer, which was annoying, but the waitress was nice, so I couldn't complain. Now when the food arrived, a few things to note. My dish of goat curry was really watery. Some corn flour to thicken the sauce would have been nice, but then again, I have noticed Carribean curry is always watery. My partners oxtail was a bit watery too. The waitress also didn't provide all the complete cutlery, so we had to keep calling for spoon and this and that which again was annoying. The meat in each curry was cooked to perfection I must say but the sauces, just too watery. I ordered a tropical punch and what the waitress showed me was readymade bottles of cocktails that she poured into a glass and added ice. I didnt even taste the alcohol yet this was supposed to costing almost £10. Their cocktails are really expensive, by the way. The cheapest is £9.75. I've been wanting to visit this restaurant. Been there now and that's it. Next.

Amazing Service. Took my Aunt who was visiting from Canada to my fav spot. I literally cannot fault the service. What am Experience. The Strawberry Darkary was too die for. My meal was second to none. My Aunt could not stop raving about the foot, she even suggested the owner move to Canada to open a new Resturant as she would hit it big time.(LOL) This is my regular spot but each time it’s a new vibes. I recommend the spot to everyone and talk about reasonably prices for good authentic Caribbean food. We even took our left over home and it was just so much food. 5 star for a great afternoon out.
