   Having been a customer for many years I have decided I will not be making any more purchases. The staff at the Bury store used to be so friendly and helpful but I called this morning to collect an order. There was only one serving on the till with two customers waiting and the other assistant was stood at the back of the store chatting away. I waited nearly ten minutes before asking whether anyone was available to possibly get my order and the lady quite rudely said there was only two of them in. I eventually got my order however I will not be going in this store again.

   New 'slim leg' jeans are now more like a 'skinny' fit! I am very unhappy with the two pairs purchased online in December. They were supposed to be 31" leg, in fact, were almost 2 inches shorter! The fit was nothing like my previous 4 pairs of slim fit.... Are they trying to save money by making them shorter and tighter? Going to have to return them sadly!

   Unfortunately I had a nasty fall in the shop window last Tuesday 6th September whilst browsing the tops with my friend. I ended up on the plinth and hurt one of my legs badly, and had to stay there for quite a while as I was stunned and in shock. A staff member did come over to help and eventually she and my friend helped me up. However I was not offered a glass of water, a hot drink or even a chair to sit on after the event. I think the display window needs to be redesigned so the same thing doesn’t happen to anyone else and the staff should be trained as to what to do if someone does have a fall in store e.g. provide a chair and some kind if a drink. Otherwise, I like the store and its merchandise.
