   Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of staff (the daughter). I bought a red cardigan but discovered it had a flaw (beginnings of a hole in the wool). Took it back with the receipt and was accused of doing it myself! Although I had bought it 2 months ago, I had only wore it once and just hadn't had time to return it sooner. I feel insulted and dismissed by this woman. I have spent hundreds in this shop over the years and never thought I would be treated this way.

   The rudest woman I have ever encountered in a shop. My daughter and I just walked in and politely asked if they sold prom hair decorations (it does say prom and occasion wear on the window) We were met with a very unkind, unfriendly response from the woman sitting in front of the till, which left us stunned! We were made to feel ridiculous for asking (apparently, no one wears such things - my daughter would be an oddity because her daughter went to a prom and no one had them there!) I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I left telling her that it was good be different (I’m proud that my daughter wants to be herself) but I felt really sorry that my she was made to feel ashamed for asking. Needless to say the lovely staff in the charity bridal shop around the corner got our custom instead.

   Don't go to this shop unless you have at least an hour to spare to listen to the lady natter on incessantly about her daughter and all the men she's been to bed with over the last year or so...or more.....and on and on and on....you will NOT have time to even try on anything as it is almost impossible to get away from her. My experience precisely when I wemt looking for an outfit- she pulled out a couple for me to try on but was yapping so much it was too much effort to take the time to do so. In the end I bought something which was ridiculously over- priced, (as my mum said, she saw me coming) and to be honest, most of the stuff in there is the same. I certainly wont be going back for an update on all the MEN
