The premises are very well presented, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The greeting was warm and sincere, and as we were the only customers this evening. The poppadoms and accompanying condiments were very tasty and set a great tone for the meal. The main courses were cooked to our satisfaction, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. The flavours and chilli heat were well balanced, allowing the quality of the food to really shine. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with attentive service and well-executed cuisine

Namaste in Swanley never disappoints. The masala is unreal and full of flavour and the madras is always lovely too. Their naan breads are unreal, so soft and fresh every time. They sometimes throw in a free beer, which is such a nice surprise. Delivery is usually under an hour, and the prices are really decent for what you get. Definitely one of my go-tos around here.

Visited the restaurant for the first time this evening on a recommendation from a friend. The food was amazing, clearly lots of very fresh ingredients lots of fresh spices and very generous portions. We were there for the banquet night, which was exceptional value. Everything cooked to order. The staff there also really very friendly. Definitely one of the best Asian cuisine restaurants in area

Such wonderful food as always. When you go out to dine I like to think of it as a well earned treat and this really was. Did the set menu and you couldn’t have wanted for more. Good price too. Will definitely come again.

1 star because the food was good and another star for entertainment. Service was shocking, it took 45 minutes to receive a drink. We arrived at 7 and didn't get our main meals until 10.30 we had to constantly ask staff if we could order not enough wine glasses, not even enough bottles of wine behind the bar. They said they were busy then perhaps they need to not over book they need to organise better. Everyone was complaining constantly and I don't think they dealt with the amount of people they had booked. It did spoil the evening and we won't be returning.

5 adults and 3 primary aged children went to namaste for my birthday. We all had a lovely meal. The service was great too. Looking forward to coming back soon

We regularly get an Indian takeaway from further away but wanted to try here again after being disappointed years ago. Myself and my husbands meals were terrible and way overpriced compared to the places we normally use. Our plate was filled with oily water and had to be drained several times while eating which we’ve never had with other places. The chicken was so chewy and tough in both our meals and the sauce had no real flavour or spices it just tasted of pure sugar and made us feel sick. Ended up throwing the rest in the bin. Way over priced and poor quality yet they boast of awards. Doesn’t show in the food so won’t ever be ordering here again as it’s still poor quality.

The worst takeaway I have ever had. We have eaten in at Namaste in the past and it was nice but on Saturday I received the worst indian takeaway ever. The tandoori chicken was nicely charred on the outside but was still raw when I got closer to the bone. The chicken tikka and the lamb tikka was so dry it was inedible. The colour and flavour of all of the meat was anaemic and just tasted of lots of pepper. I phoned to compain as we were going to throw the meal in the bin (and we did) it was so bad and frankly possibly dangerous given the raw chicken. I explained that I wasn't after a refund as I had received what I had ordered for £33-10, and merely wanted my feedback to go back to the chef as it was that bad, they really need to re-visit how to cook. I was told to ask for 'M' the next time I order and that he will see me alright, but this isn't really the point. The salad was also clearly not fresh with the lettuce showing yellowing, and when I thought about it, we placed our order at 4pm over the internet. The restaurant opens at 5pm and we were surprised that the food arrived at our door at 5-10pm. I'll leave you to work out how the food was prepared so quickly and how some of it was very dry. In their defence the rice, naan bread and poppadums were all nice and the prawn puri was passable, it's just the meat dishes were either very dry or raw in the middle. Sadly we won't be ordering from Namaste again.

The restaurant has a decent family friendly setup and looks much better on the inside than it does from outside. The staff here are friendly and the service provided is good. The food was good but lacked that authentic Indian flaver and spice. Maybe next time I'll try something different from their menu.
