   I liked going here but today I am so disappointed with them. I ordered "egg fried rice" and "deep fried prawn honey". I don't even see any egg in the fried rice. Why don't you just change the name to "Soy Fried Rice". The woman got my order wrong. I called her as I am so disappointed expecting to eat prawn however she said that she repeated my order to me. She said I ordered Honey Chicken. Deep fried prawn honey is too far to be mistaken as a honey chicken. This makes them really dodgy. Besides it tastes SOUR, as seen in the photo, it has yellow coloured creamy sauce, thus I assumed she mistakenly given me Lemon Chicken. So to anyone ordering, beware.

   We've been using Magic Wok for over 20 years now and I have to say the portion sizes and the consistency of the very tasty food hasn't changed at all over this time. I was quite surprised that our last takeaway only cost £32 and fed four adults comfortably. This compares very favourably to lots of other takeaway choices nowadays. Always polite and speedy service too, which helps. I note some reviews saying the food arrived cold and maybe collection would work better for them, as it's always been piping hot and freshly cooked whenever I've collected, to the extent that unpacking the foil trays needs care as it's super hot when i get home! Thoroughly recommended.

   Food tastes like pure salt, not the cheapest around either! What's happened Magic Wok?? Very disappointed.

   Ordered from magic wok for a delivery and an hour goes by so I call. No answer. No food so I leave it for another 40 mins and still nothin so I call again another 11 times and line is dead every time. Turns out my number got blocked. Stay away if you hungry cause ur get your hopes up for food that will never come.

   Very nice food, probably my favourite Chinese takeaway in the local area. Nice manageable portion sizes and not greasy. Would definitely recommend.

   Food has improved massively in the last year. Really tasty. Smallish portions but acceptable if the quality is good. Only thing is I ordered a beef curry and basically got a mushroom curry as was the ratio of meat to mushroom.
