   I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Nando’s Crayford. I was served raw chicken, which is not only completely unacceptable but also a serious food safety risk. When I raised this with the staff, there was no real apology or acknowledgment of how serious the issue was. Instead of showing concern, they simply brought over a new piece of chicken without addressing what had happened or reassuring me that steps would be taken to prevent it in the future. Serving undercooked chicken is dangerous, and the lack of proper response made the situation even more frustrating. I expected much better from a well-known restaurant chain, both in terms of food safety and customer service. (The piece of chicken on the fork was the new chicken thigh brought over, clearly cooked. The circled is the original piece of chicken served in a burger, which has been bitten into, a serious health risk.)

   Just had a great feed, looked after by the amazing Lucy who went above and beyond to look after us. Food was good. It’s just a shame it’s got so expensive and we can’t eat there more often

   Went here with my partner for a light brunch, staff were polite and friendly, we was seated right away, food was served quickly and hot, I have take 1 star off due to the men's toilets being unclean and smelling despite just opening, me and my partner were the first customers to arrive but it got busy very quickly with many families and children, pleasant visit and will return again soon. Table service is very lacking with empty plates being left on the table for a very long time despite table staff walking past multiple times it wasn't until a male who I assume was a supervisor walked past and took them.

   I'm a regular here and go most weeks, today is the first time I have been dissatisfied with the food, broccoli was under cooked as was the corn on cob, boneless chicken was very dry. Also why dose it take 4 women standing around 1 till while the rest of the staff are working.

   We had a family meal here for my sisters birthday. There were 11 of us but were unable to reserve a table, so when we turned up we had to wait for them to move tables around which they were kind enough to do. The food is nice but a very long wait and some of the party had finished their meal before others had come out. Mine failed to turn up completely. The kids menu is OK but I think the portion size could be a little better, as my granddaughter ended up sharing my meal and to be honest at 9 she's not a big eater but it wasn't enough for her. Easy to park in the carpark outside.

   Had a lovely meal, the food and drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Most of the staff couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome, especially Melissa, she is a real asset to the team. Melissa met us at the door and was so bubbly and inviting that I've had to mention her. So great there are healthier alternatives to the menu like the corn on the cob, and the new tenderstem broccoli as sides. Really great meal, and will be returning again soon. Keep up the great work guys x
