Amazing service, always kind. The older man who works there gives my family the best treatment. Great tasting chicken and chips.
Not happy to have half an order missing, then not replaced- despite assurances that it would be sorted. The girl behind the counter was rude when I asked that another order be checked that it was all there, because of a previous experience. The manager was even there at the time, yet just sort of hid out the back. The new slushies are awful too (the yellow "tropical" tasted gross, and not tropical at all. We just won't be buying in there again. Very disappointing customer service.
