   I’ll be honest, I don’t think I’m a fan of this restaurant. The food was some of the worst Italian I’ve had, with flavours that just weren’t enjoyable at all. We ended up packing the food to take away because we couldn’t sit there and force ourselves to finish it. On the positive side, the customer service was good, and the location is convenient with nearby parking. Still, given the overall food quality, I don’t see myself coming back here.

   This place is one of the best and nicest restaurants I've been to in ages. The food is authentic, actually cooked on the premises and delicious. The staff are attentive, friendly and happy. They look like they enjoy working there and it's infectious. I can't believe we haven't been before....our loss. It's a must.

   Came here to this Italian restaurant for my birthday on a Saturday night, I had read a lot of good reviews and know a couple of people who have been here and enjoyed it. So booked a table for three, called up on the same day! It's just as well I did as it was very busy and it is a small restaurant. It does have some outdoor seating which in the warmer months will be nice. The food was superb! Very tasty! The waitresses were very friendly and sang me happy Birthday. The service was fairly quick considering they were busy. Great atmosphere! I would highly recommend. The desserts were great too!

   I've had to rewrite this review as my first 5⭐️ review didn't do justice to this place. I was staying in Dagenham for a few weeks as part of a training course I was on and just happened to discover this absolute gem of a restaurant. It's a fantastic authentic Italian restaurant and tastes as good (if not better) than food I've eaten in Italy. I came back here with my two colleges 3 times as we enjoyed our first experience so much. The staff are absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is really nice, but the food is just outstanding. I had a range of dishes whilst I was there, the 22 pizza and the lasagne were probably my favourites along with the best tiramisu I've ever had (which I had again each time I returned) Definitely the best thing in Dagenham and look forward to returning when I'm on my next course! If I could give 6 ⭐️ I would.

   This local and family owned Italian restaurant has some of the best food, I was surprised to find this little gem with a very vibrant atmosphere & impeccable service. The brie and fish cakes for starters were so tasty and beautifully presented, The wood oven pizza was baked to perfection and pasta with a very generous topping of parmesan! Well done, 22 Ventidue !!

   I visited 22 Ventidue with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When we arrived we were greeted at the restaurant's entrance of the outside canopy by a very friendly waitress who gave us the option to be seated inside or out, we chose outside because they had outdoor overhead heating which surprisingly, kept us warm throughout and we even took our coats off despite it being slightly chilly on the day. We were presented with the house menus and were also told about the specials that weren't on the menu. We chose the mussels from the specials menu for starters, and glad we did, we couldn't get enough, they were cooked to perfection and so delicious! We also ordered Bruschetta Classica for starters and that was very tasty too. For the main course, we ordered Tagliatelle al Salmone e Vodka and a Pizza Diavola, again delicious. The pasta was very creamy and filling. We liked the food so much we ordered a delivery a couple of weeks later. We again ordered the Bruschetta Classica but for the mains we ordered Pizza Barbecue Chicken and Risotto Ai Funghi. Not disappointed. The presentation of the food at the restaurant was perfect. The portion sizes both at the restaurant and for delivery were spot on and the prices are very reasonable. If you appreciate great customer service with a smile and good-quality food made with love, this is the cosy place to tantalise your experience and taste buds.

   I’m so happy I’ve found this place. 3’ drive from home. Lovely atmosphere, you can feel the good vibes of the team. Food is delicious. Finally a place that makes authentic carbonara(without green onion). Prices are low in my opinion for the size and quality. Definitely making Ventidue our place from now on ♥️
