Always a fantastic experience at Erith Kebabs! The food is delicious every time, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My twin and I always have a great laugh when we visit. Highly recommend!
I don't usually like to leave negative reviews for small businesses, but I feel like it's warranted unfortunately. I ordered a special box over the phone 6pm 6/1/25 (combined kebab meats in a sharer box) and I wish I hadn't. It was frankly, awful. One of the worst kebabs I've ever had: - The lamb shish meat was tough as a boot, impossible to chew. - The chips were hard, I suspect they'd been cooked twice or were just old. - The doner meat was pale and flavourless. My girlfriend and I tried the chips and immediately stopped eating those, then the lamb, then finally the donor and all were horrible. I was fair and rang to talk to the boss, who was naturally very defensive and insinuated I was wrong, by telling me they cook for hundreds of people and don't get complaints about the food. He also told me they cook everything fresh. I'm sure all of the above is true, however it was not my experience and the food wasn't nice at all. I was refused a refund, but was offered free food another time, which I won't be taking up the offer of.
Delivery was too long and cold . The kebab had fresh meat on top but old crusty meet underneath. Very disappointing overall
Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Would deffo use again. Keep up the good work ✌️❤️
If I had the chance I would rate nothing , this is the most awful place ever , made a delivery at 7:30pm and my order didn’t turn up until 11:00 pm , that is an absolute joke very quick to take your money though , I could of opened my own shop and made the food myself quicker
Poor service, hour late, had to go into the store itself and ask about it, however it wasn’t even cooked. Never ordering from it again. Highly recommend somewhere else to order
Order accepted. Never arrived. Disgusting as we were very hungry. Had eat a sandwich. Not happy at all. I will Never order again from here.
