   Extremely rude! I called to ask for my order I already told them I couldn’t get through to just eat and they were extremely rude and the man was raising his voice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! No manners what so ever. Clearly have issues with women and lack Communication skills. Never again! Rude people! Zero stars!!

   I’ve been to this chicken and chip shop a few times, but my recent experiences have been really disappointing. One of the biggest let-downs is how they handle simple customer requests—like asking for chilli sauce or burger sauce. they just refuse to give it . When you’re paying for a meal, you expect the basics to be handled properly. For example any chicken shops in Dagenham are happy to give customers any sauce they ask for, especially when dining in. It’s a basic part of the service, and it makes a big difference to the overall experience.” What makes it worse is the attitude of the guy serving the food. He’s consistently rude, impatient, and seems to have no interest in treating customers with basic respect. His facial expressions are unpleasant and make the whole experience uncomfortable—like he’s doing you a favor just by taking your order. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this place is seriously lacking in that area. Until they work on their attitude and service, I won’t be coming back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

   This was my first time trying Red Rooster PFC in Dagenham Heathway. I was hungry and decided to drive there, choosing Red Rooster over a few other nearby PFC shops. The shop looked quite attractive from the outside, with nice lighting and appealing food posters, which made a good first impression. When I went to order, I was told that there was no regular chicken left. The staff kindly recommended hot wings instead, and I appreciated their polite and positive attitude. Based on their suggestion, I went ahead and ordered the hot wings. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The wings were very dry and overly salty far from what you would expect from "hot wings." They lacked the juiciness and spice that hot wings should have. To make matters worse, I found a hair on one of the wings (please refer to the attached picture). This was extremely off-putting and unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I kindly urge the owner and kitchen staff to ensure the chicken is cleaned thoroughly before cooking, and to take extra care with food hygiene. It's essential that food served to customers is not only tasty but also properly prepared and safe to eat. Although I was unhappy with the hot wings, I was very impressed with the staff’s attitude, and I may give the shop another try with a different dish. However, as paying customers, we deserve quality food and a satisfying experience. I hope my feedback helps improve the standards going forward.

   My first time trying and was surprised of how the chips and the chicken fillets were really fresh and delicious definitely recommend trying it out. The chicken wings were okay but nothing too special.
