Very Very bad service. If I could I would have given them in minus.The chowmein that we ordered had a strand of hair in it.When asked for refund or requested the same chowmein to be delivered free of cost the lady who received our call blatantly refused to do the needful. Please avoid if you do not want to have Chowmein with hair.

Beef in black bean sauce: was disgusting too much garlic and the sauce it wasn’t thick enough. Chicken noodles: reallyyyyyy baddd the noodles was overcooked The only think is good chicken sweetcorn soup Sorry for my one star but I’m really disappointed because I’ve nearly 18£ and Ive left to the lady 2£ tips and the food is on the bin now….. Sorry for that
I was very upset with my order. I am a vegetarian. I ordered egg fried rice with my food. As i poured my vegetarian rice onto a plate, this prawn i have added a picture of here, was in my food. I hate the site of any meat on my plate. It put me off my meal. I wasnt able to eat it after seeing this piece of seafood. I feel disappointed because the only way a prawn could of got into my food, was because the staff must of been mixing my rice with meat rice, whilst cooking it. Then they've tried to separate the seafood out of the vege dish. This is the only explanation how a stray prawn could of got into my vegetarian dish. I am never ordering from this restaurant again. If you are vegetarian i don't advice anyone to order from here.
I give one star not for the food which was good, but for the service we received last night. We ordered via their website at 19.37 and we received it at 21.40! Two hours delivery service it's just too long! I had to call them 3 times in between to ask where is my food and the answer was in 5 min. I felt like a fool. Thought I will never see that food delivery..at the end we didn't even received the free bottle of fizzy drink they claim you get when spent £35 and over. We used to order from them before and it usually took them about 1 hour. But 2 hours? Not a good experience. Especially if you starving and looking forward to some lovely meal.
Ordered using just eat food was meant to arrive at 9:45 rung them at 9:50 for a update to be told the food has already left and on its way . 35 mins later after several calls saying it will be delivered soon , it arrived freezing cold ! The driver just drove around dagenham for over 30 mins with our food in the car when we are 3 mins down the road . The chips was dry and hard , the chicken in the chowmein was hard ,the ribs was meatless and mainly fat, the sauces looked like goo , spent £21 for it to all go in the bin. When we spoke to the restaurant she said she would give us a free meal next time . I would never ever order from this restaurant again even is they paid me to . Save your time and money and avoid them
Ordered food, lady confirmed what I ordered on the phone they when the food came, it was wrong. Rang back then she spent 10 mins saying what was delivered was correct as she repeated the order on the phone. She did indeed repeat my order on the phone, but she delivered the wrong item. She then agreed to bring the missing item, but I had to pay the difference. Shocking service. Would not be ordering again from here.
