   Was looking for a healthy-ish dinner and found this place. To put it simply: the food was amazing! Arrived still warm, portions are big, delivery person was lovely, and most importantly the food was delicious! Everything was so tasty, will order again!

   Terrible service I ordered a takeaway and waited 1 hour before I phoned and enquired where my order was, I was told it was out for delivery, another hour later I phoned again only to be told they don’t deliver to my postcode and I’d used them regularly for 3 years. The guy on the phone was obnoxious and unhelpful and basically lied to me saying the order had been cancelled by email. I had to go through PayPal myself and seek a refund. Never again and I’ll be telling everyone I’ve ever recommended these guys to never use them again.

   Used to like this place but their customer service has become awful. This is the last time I'll be getting my food from here, ordered 1/4 for the kids, asked for ketchup inside , they don't give it and the burger was very dry. But the worst was the Donner and chips. The bottom of the box was soaking with oil, I could have squeezed the oil out and refried the chips. Couldn't eat any of the chips, with the Donner or the burger. Unlike all other Donner places they don't actually give you salad with the Donner anymore. Everything is an extra.

   Honestly such a disappointment. 2nd time eating from here and the first time wasn’t great either but thought I’d give it another go as it’s very close to home, easy to get to and still a fan favourite in the area(from ratings). From reading the good reviews to then seeing what I was given I was so annoyed. I ordered lamb ribs x2. £23 down the drain. The ribs were so skinny, flavourless and rice was wet and boring.
