   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience at Romans. The staff were unbelievably rude and had no interest in helping customers. The customer service was shocking—completely unprofessional and dismissive. Definitely won’t be shopping here again. Avoid if you value decent service!

   Red hair lady has no manners, if you want to be ignored by the staff this is the place to go. She’s more concerned telling her life to customers than actually acknowledging customers in need of help or assistance.

   Awful experience - The staff in on Monday 10/03/2025 ignored me and my friend to have a conversation. I decided to ask for her help as I waited a while with no acknowledgment and she proceeded to call us rude to the people she was talking to. My daughter went in today to speak to the manager who was disrespectful and told her to get out if she isn’t making a purchase . We left very upset and sad as it was one of my favourite shops. Please be nicer to customers.

   Terrible customer service and racist behaviour - My mother came in to shop on Monday & wanted to ask the price of an item, she understands English but cannot speak it fluently, the lady working ignored her and continued a personal conversation, my mom interrupted as she couldn’t wait longer, the staff proceeds to call her rude to the people she was chatting with. I went in today to speak to the manager - mid length red hair (she refused to give me her name) - she was very unhelpful and spoke rudely about my mom saying she was ‘waving her arms around’. She proceeded to tell me to leave if I’m not making a purchase. Please stay away - disrespectful manager and racist staff. On a brighter note, the lady I spoke to initially was very kind and very sweet!

   Roman - or Roman Originals z is in The Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford Quays. They are on the ground floor. They sell women's clothing and had clothes on sale. I enjoyed looking around. The service was good!!!

   Absolutely dreadful .Their returns policy is inflexible - exchange or gift card.Staff made a mistake and when I went back they couldn't order the correct size in for me and told me to buy it online so I ended up with 2 of the same item .The manager agreed to refund on the original item and extended time limit due to computers being down .Took the item back today and they refused to refund and tried to fob me off with a gift card .Fuming doesn't even cut it ! I don't want a gift card cos I have no intention of ever shopping in there again !!!!

   I love Roman Originals clothes and have bought many, many over 20+ years but the current staff member at the Lowry Centre must be one of the rudest ever!!! This shop did not open until the advertised time on Thursday 17th June 2021 and the woman serving was unbelievably unpleasant when I queried the shop closing earlier than advertised!!!! What ghastly behaviour. I will simply do all my shopping online, which is sad when it will lead to less jobs but hey-ho some people just don’t care.

   Bought a lovely coat from here. However the sales staff both stood chatting at the cash desk, no hello etc. They just stood and carried on their conversation. So utterly rude and bad customer service. Won’t be visiting again due to this
