   Ordered on uber eats just now. Food was absolutely awful. Garlic bread with mozarella was much smaller than before and it had NO garlic on at all. It was literally cheese slapped on bread and served in a tiny box with a lid on which caused it to sweat and make the box drip in oil. Pizza was okay. Half of the pizza had no cheese on and was overwhelmingly tomatoey as lacked toppings and cheese on outer edge. Seems pizza express are making cut backs to save on costs or just being lazy when preparing the food. Awful all round and a waste of money. Zero for taste and effort

   My family and I had an amazing level of customer service today from Subha and her team. It was for my daughter’s 9th bday party, we were a party of 10 and it was a busy Saturday evening. We were well taken care of and my daughter was treated like a princess. We wouldn’t hesitate visit again. Thank you so much.

   My friend and I took out our sons for a half term lunch and as always we had a really good meal here. Our server Diana, was especially attentive to us. Our boys kept asking for different colours crayons and she went above and beyond in making sure they were happy. She gave us good recommendations on our food and was polite and upbeat throughout. We had lasagna and pizza and it was great. The desserts too were fantastic! Even better that the kids ate for free! Thanks again x

   Five stars for the service! We really enjoyed our dinner, which was made special by our server, Subha. She was incredibly welcoming and attentive, even while helping train a new waitress. Subha recommended the pollo ad Astra and it was delicious. Along with our two large classic pizzas, everything was perfectly cooked. Great environment and great food, but the service from Subha really stood out.

   Wonderful meal, great food. But the best part of it was a very surprising waiter who blew our mind with his level of service. Well done to Nicholas in attending to all our needs and providing fabulous service to our large group. You have raised the level of excellence in this chain of restaurants. Nicholas ensured we have everything we wanted before we even asked for it.

   Had the most amazing time celebrating a friend’s birthday. We had a group of 10 people and the food and service was exceptional. All thanks to the fabulous waiter called NICHOLAS! A young lad of 18 years old that helped us with everything we wanted. He even chilled our drink bottles in ice without us having to ask. Offered to take photos of the group, checked if the baby needed anything, brought clean cutlery when we dropped it. He made it the best experience ever. Would highly recommend eating at this branch - and ask for Nicholas to look after you. Starters, pizza, all excellent taste and quality.

   Really enjoyed our visit here. The manager seated us within a minute of arrival even at a busy time. The service was great and the food was delicious. We also used the app to settle our bill which also speeds up the process of paying. Could not recommend it more!

   I recently visited this restaurant recommended by Jennifer, it was excellent and both me and my children loved it. The attentiveness of the team was incredible as they got us seated upon arrival and everyone in the restaurant was very kind. Would definitely recommend coming here.
