We visited Nando’s Romford and had a great experience. The food was tasty and served fresh, with plenty of choice on the menu. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Overall, a reliable place for a relaxed meal, and we’d definitely visit again.
I don't tend to review chain restaurants but the staff at this place are the best of any Nando's staff I've interacted with. Friendly is underselling it. Customer service is the priority from the moment you walk in. We were offered some extra sauces to try just in case we hadn't had them before. Proper cheeky lil establishment this.
Been in many Nandos and I'm always amazed by the design these guy put up. This one is not exemption. On the day of our arrival waitress was really friendly, guided us through the ordering process and checked on us every now and then. And chicken was mouthwatering, just a delicious meal that was. I went for the salad, apart from my mate having a laugh at me it was perfect! Highly recommend!
My little one decided he wants to go to Nando’s, so we had a quick dinner there. The overall setting is nice, the chicken wings is a bit burned, taste is average (I do better at home) . The liver is very tasty as always. The sweetcorn is very nice. Service is good, they charged our phone :) and helped to change our table to a brighter area.
7pm, they have ran out of fries. They bought us a drink over with mint in that looked like it was a week old. Dirty plates, waiting ages. All the staff chatting in the corner, we actually left straight after the starter which was OK to be fair. So not all bad!?!?!?!?!
Poor experience . Normally Nando is very good. But today Abil (manager) was extremely poor at handling issue. Will be taking it up with Head Office. The rest of staff were great and food is generally always spot on, but today had issue with food which was dealt with unprofessionally.
Always come to the Nandos Romford branch. I have to say the service is impeccable and especially from two staff Members that really shine out. Abid and Mike, it’s always a pleasure to come and be served by them. I come with my brother regularly after gym and they just work so well and always have a smile and a great attitude. Well done and thank you !
Place nice and clean. Ordered on the app all okay. When the mean it's self service I didn't think I would have to go and chase for my drinks. Starter arrived relatively quickly. Then had to wait 30 minutes before I chased again for main course. Glad it wasn't busy as might still be waiting for food.
