   This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience here the first time the food took about 20 mins after I initially ordered before preparation began. There was only 1 person ahead of me. One of the employees a male did not read the ticket and I had to tell him what I wanted (eg. No rice) so it’s good that I was watching the preparation. He then put the wrong sauce and a lady who witnessed offered to do it again as i had already been there so long I accepted it as it. Incorrect sauce, for me was not a significant issue. More of an annoyance and the employee working did offer a replacement, so all was ok. This time around there was no one else in line so I assumed the food would be made relatively quickly. I placed my order and waited, there were 2 lady’s sweeping and cleaning on the other side and one making churros I asked one of the lady’s cleaning if she could make my food. She said the lady who was making churros would do it. I waited 5 minutes nothing as there were multiple people in line for churros. I then asked again and she finally came to make it. Although she had been cleaning with a dirty rag and a broom she did not wash her hands. I will not be returning.

   Hello, this week I went to a restaurant in Romford, I was served by a lady in a green uniform and they look like a villager if I'm not mistaken (Valentina was on the badge). A very kind person, positive and ready to help, recommended me the best meal on the menu and prepared it very quickly. I strongly recommend this store, the food is very good and the lady is very kind.

   I usually order mains for delivery on Uber Eats, but since I was in the town centre, I thought of picking up some Mexican Fries on the way home. I waited for 10 mins for 2 portions of fries that too on a weekday afternoon. Further, they were barley cooked and had a pale-yellow colour. There was no Mexican seasoning, instead they just tasted salty in not a good way. I was more surprised about the lack of cleanliness. The big tv screen had visible dust and cobwebs all over its back, which is adjoined to the area where all the frying is done.

   It's alright, but not amazing. I've had better churros and better ice creams, especially for the price (5 pounds for a small cup of ice cream). I'd probably give them another shot though if I was in the area. One thing I don't understand, for the strawberry topping, why leave the leafs on the strawberry? Now it's in the ice cream, so I either have to eat the leaf, or get my hands dirty to remove it. Is it to make it look fancy? I prefer a little convenience tbh.

   Ordered nachos from here came stale asked for a refund the two girls serving gave the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced rude and arrogant laughing at me out the back manager was no where to be seen was told to wait waited 30 minutes no sign of manager ask workers again how long and they ignored me and just laughed with each other out back. Awful place terrible customer service never going back there

   I ordered personalised filled churros unfortunately it was a mess. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I waited 20 minutes and instead of filling my churros with the sauce the worker spread it all over like a piece of toast and gave no explanation. It looked horrible! When asked she just said I tried to put it inside but I can’t. There was a machine for filling churros but they didn’t attempt to use it. After I had waited that long I was vivid. DO NOT get filled churros from there. Stick to the regular ones with dipping sauce ya

   We ordered naked burito with vegan hot mayo. It was really really spicy and we enjoyed last bite of it. They are kind to even put some yogurt when I requested.

   It was a hot day flies buzzing everywhere around the food and lids on the food were not being closed properly. It was quite a long wait and the food was not good and made me feel ill so I threw away after 2 bites. Disappointing
