   I tried the chicken chow mein here and overall it was tasty and satisfying. The noodles were well-seasoned and the chicken was flavorful and cooked through. The portion size was good for the price. The dish had a nice balance of veggies and sauce, and I enjoyed it overal. I would recommend this place for a quick Chinese meal especially if you like classic chow mein. Would definitely come back to try other dishes!

   Absolutely disgusting. Ribs were fatty and inedible. Not BBQ sauce either, the sauce was bitter and sour. Chicken balls were burnt. Salt and pepper chips were cold, bland and unseasoned. Incredibly disappointed as we used to order from imperial chef often but tonight I feel sick to my stomach. Best part of £40 is now sitting in the bin. Waiting for a refund from Just eat.

   I’m honestly shocked the reviews aren’t better. The special chow mein was outstanding. I’ve tried it in so many places and this one tops them all — don’t think anything could beat it. This will be my go-to for chow mein from now on. Five stars for everything except the atmosphere, which I’d rate a four.

   I can’t even begin to explain the disgust I feel! We thought we would try this new place as we’ve never heard of it and our usual is closed, my god I wish I never bothered. Food was burnt, cost and inedible, curry was literally oil. They tried giving us a replacement but after waiting 2 hours, we just asked for a refund! Said the delay was due to trading standards. If that’s the level of food given when trading standards around then god forbid the food usually! Never order again, never recommending! -Everytime I call to ask for a refund, the manager is never in! Been nearly a month now, this place is a complete joke! Never order from here

   Cold food, lack of flavour, small portions but cheap pricing. The first time I have ordered from this location and I thought I would give it a go. At the time of writing this review the restaurant has a 3-star food hygiene rating. Placed the order online and there was a special promotion on, so the total price of our order was very cheap and including delivery costs, appeared to offer good value for money. Once ordered, we waited approximately 1 hour for the order to be delivered; I had no complaints as the restaurant advised the order would be delivered in this time and it was. Other reviews state there are issues with this, but I did not need to chase my order as it arrived on time, albeit slowly. Now for the food, it was cold when it arrived, completely cold. This was disappointing due to the short distance it actually had to travel to where we were staying and the food had barely any flavour, each of the dishes. The photos show salt and pepper chips (in a fried chicken box) but the portion was very small and some chips were burnt. The egg fried rice in the photo was cold and had barely any flavour plus the box was not full. The mixed vegetable chow mein was the worst dish of them all, it was cold, lacked vegetables and also had no flavour. To make things worse, the chef had not even mixed the dish properly on the wok and some of the noodles were clumped together underneath with no seasoning and barely cooked; signs of a rushed order with a lack of care and attention. There were no food hygiene issues with this order and the restaurant provided free prawn crackers with it due to the minimum spend and these were quite tasty. Overall, two star rating owing to the value for money, otherwise it would be a one star, some may say it is poor value for money if the food is bad but it is cheap which is a bonus; it could be expensive and bad! The delivery driver was friendly. I would not order from this location again or recommend it to friends and family.

   Don't use. The mushrooms in the curry was gone off hence it put us off the whole meal. Tried ringing from moment we started eating and no answer. Ignorant shop like this should not be allowed to stay open taking people's hard earned money to give people food positioning. As I work for the food standard agency I will be conducting a inspection on the shop. I will also, be Contacting HMRC to look into their taxes.

   I love this place. Due to them being very busy last time, I had to order from somewhere else and really regretted it. This place is great. I love their food. They do it exactly as I love it. Good price. Great service. Food on time and hot. They never leave anything out like most places

   Ordered food for delivery at 19.30, it's now 22.30, and no sign of our order. Tried calling to get no answer, tried cancelling the order via the app, but it won't let us. Very poor service. Can't comment on state of the food, as never got to eat it.
