Waited over 25 minutes to be served whilst sitting with my 2 kids at 7.30pm. No one bothered to take our order, but cleared several tables around us. We ended up leaving as it was 8pm and too late. Servers need to get their priorities straight. It wasnt even busy.
Today, we visited Epping Pizza Express after discovering that the Harlow branch was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It turned out to be a great decision! The staff at Epping Pizza Express were absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and welcoming. Our kids were delighted to receive coloring sheets and Pizza Express paper hats, which was such a thoughtful touch. We ordered two starters, two pizzas, and drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding, making our experience even better. I highly recommend Epping Pizza Express to anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner spot. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Have been to a few Pizza Express restaurants over the years, not normally my favourite choice to go as we make pizzas with kids at home - but I have to say that the Epping one is by far the best one I have been to. My most recent visit was with work colleagues for a leaving meal, we was there for a few hours and the service was super. Drinks when we needed it, good food and no rushing. Even when it came to pay, there were no problems with everyone paying towards the total - which at some places can be (or at least seem) to be difficult for the restaurant. In terms of food - recommend the hot honey dough balls and also the Spicy dough balls - both really nice! Calzone was pretty good as well! Also tried a couple of beers I haven't previously tried which was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as you would like to expect. Would certainly visit this restaurant again...!
I booked a table recently at Pizza Express Epping for my daughter and myself. For medical reasons, we are very restricted on ingredients, therefore did not dine out for over a year. However, when I looked at Pizza Express, all the nutritional information and details of ingredients was easily found. When booking a table, I mentioned our dietary restrictions, which the Manager confirmed just as we entered. The waiter was also incredibly helpful, and all staff made sure to give us the best experience. As a mum, I was thrilled I have found a place that was so willing to help us. The food itself was delicious and we definitely will be back! Highly recommended for any dietary needs, as the staff do everything they can to help!
Absolutely brilliant experience every time! Baris, Carlos, Sam and the whole team are always so welcoming and professional, an absolute credit to the brand. We have eaten in many Pizza Express branches over the years and this one is by far the best! Excellent staff, wonderful food and brilliant service, can’t fault it!!
Four of us ate well. Service was excellent and very attentive. Food was all good. The children's meals are great. My pizza was delicious. It was huge and thin crust. We also had a classic pizza which was a little undercooked. Mixed salad a bit uninspiring. Otherwise excellent.
Everytime my family and I come to the Epping restaurant we receive the best service. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help you in every way. As someone who suffers from a lot of food allergies the staff are really good at making sure everything is safe. It is our family go to place when we go out to eat
Had a great experience here. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The restaurant is very clean and the food is served quickly and to a high standard. I had an issue with the pizza express app not recognising one of my rewards and this was resolved effectively by the waiter and manager.
