   I bought a dress from here when visiting friends but when I got home to Leeds noticed the clasp on the belt was back to front. I contacted Sue who was lovely and promised a replacement belt within 2 weeks. I have waited over a month and now being ghosted when I message. I’m very disappointed as this seemed a lovely boutique. Clearly customer service is not a priority. I’d avoid buying anything from here in view of my experience.
