   I visited on Christmas Eve to collect a specific gift. I arrived just two minutes before the 2 PM closing time and could even see the item through the window. Despite four staff members still being inside, they refused to let me in to quickly purchase it. I completely understand closing times need to be respected, but given the circumstances and the festive season, a little flexibility would have gone a long way. Instead, I had to resort to buying a gift voucher from a larger chain. It’s disappointing, as I always try to support local businesses, but this experience has made me reconsider shopping here again.
