   After using this as my local takeaway for the past 3 years - I won't be anymore foods now bland, not as good as once was. Delivery last 2 times including tonight's has been awful rang at 6pm the woman said 45mins 1hr 40mins later called to be put on hold straight away however finally got a knock that my food had arrived at the door.. Awful service will no longer go here

   Horrendous customer service from these guys. Told a 1hr 15 mins wait for food which was acceptable, I called back after 1hr 40 mins to check where my delivery was and told it would be another 40 mins on top for delivery. Cannot understand why they wouldn't stop taking orders if they cannot handle the volume of customers. Extremely poor service.

   I have been ordering from these people for the past 2 years and no issue food has been amazing but today I found hair in my food and they won’t take accountability for it? My 2 year old daughter had the same food and they are telling me rubbish over the phone?

   Ordered Chinese to be collected as their delivery times are so long. Was told half and hour but was waiting for an hour only to receive a phone call from home to say it had been delivered. We paid at the restaurant and also with the delivery driver so we went in to get a refund and was given £5 of the refund in 20p coins which is really inconvenient and heavy!! Got home to eat cold food which tasted like it had been re-heated multiple times. The chicken was sliced so this it looked like kebab meat. Never use this place - I always go to Gah Shing but my son ordered and didn't know which one to use - he knows now! Awful service and food
