   Disturbed far too many times at start of meal. Staff need to divide roles not duplicate. Female staff member using far too personal language. Steak a little chewy generally ok but cooked exactly as requested. Mustard sachet summed venue up. Huge venue, loads of sectioned seating areas Dessert was ok but cinnamon bun a little stale. Ok place toilets clean.

   uctive Review: While the food was good, the service fell short. Our waitress Caron S was brusque ,disinterested and lacked basic customer service skills and for the record it’s like the 3rd time it’s happening and sadly it’s always the same waitress ,which has always made the experience very uncomfortable,this is the last straw that broke the camel’s back as my husband and I are never ever going back there,There were very long delays in receiving our food and the bill as always with her ,almost felt like she was dealing with everyone else except us,like it was personal and overall the interaction felt unfriendly .If anyone else gets the same from this lady then it’s a crying shame as basic courtesy and professionalism is warranted to any customer. I hope management does something about this and not to mention provides additional training to improve customer experience.

   I planned a birthday dinner for my mum and luckily enough was allowed to come in early to surprise her. We all got great food, I had the lasagna and I loved it all. We had desert too which was perfect for a finishing touch to our day. Drinks were fast and there was a great selection.

   *Review is for the establishment, not the food or service.* We were going to eat but because we were going to have a couple of drinks first we were directed away from the restaurant area to the drinking area, even though it was quite empty. That's the rules apparently! The first call for concern was that there was no soap in both the male and female toilets. My wife mentioned this to a member of staff. The response was "that's down to the cleaners". Really? I'd say it's down to the manager. I'm hoping the restaurant is scheduled for a full refurbishment because it has gone beyond the "tired" stage. Some parts of the carpets were poorly patched together and highly worn. There was a large build up of dirt (for want of a better description) behind the radiator I was sat next to. At the bottom of another radiator by the pipe work there was a build up of something on the carpet and a wire, the sort of wire that is usually hidden within the walls. This loose wire went into a hole in the wall, this needs attention by an electrician. Going back to the carpet there was a tar like appearance by our feet. The chairs were also a disgrace. We ate elsewhere.

   Nice meal out with the family..... We came down for our girlfriends aunts birthday, which was at a different venue, however on our second night we had food here which was fantastic, came out quick and pipping hot! Before leaving we had breakfast which again was cooked to order (which I prefer) all the team that we spoke to was awesome, chatty and smiley! We will definitely be seeing you all again soon when we next come down. Highly recommend, 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   We arrived on time for our booking and was greeted by a polite and friendly staff member who showed us to our Table. Our server was Toni, was very and helpful she grabbed us an extra chair to put our car seat on, we were offered the mothers day menu which we all ordered from. Everyone's food was very good, I ordered a mix grill with a rare steak but mine came out medium, Toni was on the ball and quickly came over and asked what the issue was, She quickly resolved the issue by bringing me our a new steak exactly as I wanted it, with no fuss, the place was quite busy with all the waiters and waitress's running out food constantly, So Toni's Speed at sorting my steak out was amazing. We finished off with desert and the Bill, I was shocked to learn the staff are not tipped, this is disgusting, the staff here clearly work hard and if u offer a tip it should go to them not the company Overall Fantastic meal and staff. Many thanks to Toni tho absolute superstar

   First visit to Willow Farm and all I can say is why has it taken me so long before I visited! Had a lovely time with friends from our school years, 54 years of friendship! We weren't rushed, service was welcoming and good. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a first class experience.

   Had to wait a long time for food, when it came the mixed grill came without chips (you could see the space on the plate for them) a salad came with dressing when asked for it without, my chicken was quite dry and after we ordered we were told they had run out of chicken dinners so had to reorder. Waited 15 minutes for a drink, ended up going to the bar to get it myself, ordered desserts 2 came then by the time those guests finished them the other 2 came out. It wasn’t overly busy so no idea why the long delays on everything. The staff member was very polite & friendly, it’s just a shame there were all the mistakes made with our order.

   Very good produce, £9.50 and as much as you like. Unlimited everything, couldn't fault anything really. Even the waitress was warm and friendly when I walked in. Like most places though these days don't forget to register you car for the car park.

   We were a party of 20 for a 90th birthday celebration. Staff were attentive and managed to get all hot food out at once one meal was forgotten but soon rectified. The only criticism was that they put us in the furthest part of the restaurant in a secluded corner which was a bit cramped for 20 and given it was for a 90 year old was a long way for him to walk. Excellent waitress and we enjoyed the experience overall.
