   I recently visited New Look in Bolton and I was very impressed with the selection of clothing. There was a wide range of styles to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. I didn't end up buying anything, but I will definitely be back to shop again soon. The staff at New Look were friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for. I also appreciated that the store was clean and well-organized. The only downsides to my experience were that the changing rooms were closed and the shoe area was fairly untidy.

   Has plenty of variety, I was mainly looking for a silver necklace and there were about 3 in total all quite garish, but overall pretty good. Service was speedy and quickly dealt with.

   The worst store ever, just been in stores got few things and went to the till to pay there was no one on the till I looked around I could see 3 staff standing around and talking to each other they looked at me but still no one could be asked serving on the till I had to call them out to come and sort me out I don’t think they believe in customer service so don’t waste your time here

   Plus size section leaves something to be desired. Two or three rails compared to every other option. Not good enough especially if you haven't time for online shopping and need an outfit that day!

   It's okay. Not trying to be hard nosed but not my scene. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is covid safe. Oh yes, that famous four letter word ..... SALE! hopefully in all departments.

   For the women out there, Bolton new look will probably be great for you. But men, you will be a bit disappointed. As you walk in through the electric scanners and the clinical white theme throughout you are met by rows and rows of women's clothes that spans all the way down the end. Turn left and you will see a little corner tucked away with a couple of hoodies jeans and shirts for men. Don't get me wrong there still is some nice stuff now and again but I would like to see a lot more. The good thing is the sizes and quality are usually quite good and the price is too. But if your expecting to get a new wardrobe hop on the train to the Manchester arndale new look instead.

   I cannot express how high the service was that myself and friend found yesterday. We were looking for a specific heel and colour shoe for a wedding outfit and every one of the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond! Within minutes of finding a perfect shoe and matching bag to unfortunately not having her size to next minute having an alternative style and her size in minutes. The mgr/assistant mgr asked to see the dress and then she was off round the store! Another assistant was in the back looking for anymore styles for my friend. Honestly well done to all the staff on Thursday 30/03/17 at the Bolton market place New Look. You made a lady smile and we both felt like you all were our personal shoppers! You were amazing! Thank you.
