   This is the 2nd time I've eaten here (Nachos Queso both times) and yet to be disappointed. It's quite small but you semolina get served very quickly even at busy times like today. Would highly recommend.

   The tortilla was absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The customer service was outstanding—Mirela served me with a warm smile and was so helpful throughout my visit. Definitely a great experience, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

   this place is very badly managed. It is all a mess how they greet a customer, how they direct them, how they explain the food options. You get tortilla chips, but they have no clue even what a salsa sauce is. no sauce comes with the chips, there are only two useless bottles of liquid sources at the common area which are not for chips.

   Had a wonderful visit at Tortilla in lakeside. Went and was not sure about what I wanted, when we went up to the counter we saw our server Costantino, who showed us all the different options with the sizes, extras and everything else we needed to know. Now you really don’t get great service like that anymore and I wanted to take the time to say, thank you Costantino, you not only made us purchase our food because of your time and dedication to your company, you also made our visit very special.

   Would definitely never go back. Me and my sister were wanting something to eat and decided to try a burrito here as we’ve never had tortilla before and it looked lovely. While they were making the burrito we found it it difficult to know what each item was, and found it odd that beef was 70p extra, even though the two options were only beef and chicken. While we were paying for our meals, the worker insisted that my sister hadn’t paid for her meal, and that it declined but she had received a notification to say it had come out of her account. The lady serving us was very rude and kept saying that it has declined and we wouldn’t get our food unless she paid for it. So my sister paid again and we went to sit down and she received another payment notification, so she had been charged twice. Luckily the manager refunded her the money so the problem was solved. We then finally went to eat our meals and as I opened up my burrito the chicken was pink inside. There were various pieces that looked as if they were still raw. I then went back up to the till and explained what the problem was, and was told it was impossible to be undercooked as the chicken is precooked, however if it is precooked how is it still pink? I showed her the chicken and she took the tray from me and said “what do you want me to do, would you like a refund or it remade” I had been put of eating by this point so I asked for a refund. Throughout this she continued to shake her head at me, roll her eyes and insist I was wrong.

   Some outlets skimp on fillings to make a buck. Not here. My burrito was chock full of fresh loveliness. Excellent flavour and filling. What the skimpers don't realise (looking at you Stratford Westfield branch!) is that if you skimp you will make savings on ingredients, but you won't make money - your customers will not return!! Lakeside, you did a great job and you have a returning customer to look after! :-)

   Absolutely pathetic, ordered two naked burritos, one chicken and one beef, they sent out two chickens. They’ve only just opened so I’m pretty sure they can’t be out of beef already?? Even if they had not had any beef they could use common courtesy and contact a person who had placed the order rather than just pack whatever they feel like in the bowl. Also why do they even have a contact number when all it does is go straight to voicemail?

   Super friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Food is excellent, super tasty and great value for money. In the last three weeks I’ve introduced two people to Tortilla’s, now they’re addicted. Just like me.
