   I was at a friend's house recently, and we decided to order food from a local place. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster. When the food arrived, it was cold, and to make matters worse, the meat was undercooked, which led to food poisoning. It was really upsetting, especially since we were hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. My friends called the restaurant to address the issue and explain what had happened, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused us of ordering the wrong items and dismissed our concerns without even trying to resolve the situation. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated that way, especially when we were just trying to make them aware of the problem. The entire experience left a bad taste, not just from the food, but from how poorly the restaurant handled the situation.

   Peeved off. They delivered my food an hour and a half later, the food was cold, buns were soggy and falling apart and one of the burgers was raw inside- usually burgers are cooked medium as standard but this was well below that. Wings batter was soggy not crispy as hoped and they'd haphazard thrown sauce on top. None of the flavours were cohesive. The worst part was when I pulled out a hair from the fries. Was livid and disgusted at this point, threw most of the food away. Tried to ring the restaurant to let them know and provide them the opportunity to rectify but no one would answer after trying a few times. Partial refund provided by Uber. Overpriced, unhygienic, poor service, would never order again.

   First time trying the classic and the blimey burgers, both tasted amazing, burgers were soft and full of flavour, sauces in the burgers were great, especially the blimey sauce, one of the best burger takeaways around. I will come back again.

   Top burger all round. Everything was just right, the sauce, the patty, the fillings and flavour. I got the beef burger with turkey rashers. The chips were good too and there’s a variety of options to choose from. Would definitely come back for more. It is a takeaway branch but the food is just really good here and there were spaces to park just outside for a collection.

   I ordered burgers via Uber eats and when it arrived, burger bun was soggy around the edges and meat was raw. I called to complain and was basically told there's nothing they can do and to state whether I wanted it well done next time. I was told all burgers are made medium rare to well done and to state this. I cannot see anywhere that this is required when placing an order. Then I was told to request a refund via ubereats and I have yet to see anywhere on the app where I can request this. Poor customer service

   We ordered a selection from the menu and shared everything. Food was fresh and delicious all burgers were made with quality ingredients. Delivery was on time and food was packaged well to ensure it remained hot during delivery. We will definitely be ordering again.

   Ordered from these guys quite late on a Saturday, the food turned up In 40 minutes, it was hot, tasty and the burger was cooked perfectly. I was not a fan of the brick Lane sauce that came on the wings but I will definitely be ordering again so I can try a different one next time... Many thanks!

   Absolutely horrible place. Please no one buy from here, first of you have to ring them over 50times for anyone to answer, secondly the food evertime we ordered came late and when opening the food, it was absolutely stone cold, there was no fillet in my burger. I ordered a chicken burger and just received a bun with salad. These guys are running a few different business's under the same roof so always messing orders up. Also when you call them to put a complaint they can not understand clear English making it an incredibly difficult scenario. They don't have any clue how to treat their customers and unfortunately I will never ever order from here again. I have made it clear and even made little posters to hand around the local area just advising how horrible a company this is. Please people do not, I mean DO NOT ORDER from here, it will save everyone the disappointment and money
