   Arrived on a hot day for a small ice xcream and a regular Diet Coke, that was refillable thanks to drinks machine the other side of the counter. The format of the ice cream was 70s cinema style, as sold by ushers with a wooden spoon within the cardboard tub. I appeared to hit a rush, with all three ordering machines operated by people that mostly seemed baffled by them.

   In our area, this is the nearest Burger King branch, and we are quite satisfied. Sometimes our children want to eat burgers, so this place is our preference. The prices are much more reasonable compared to the past and more economical than other fast-food places. Additionally, we've had the opportunity to talk to the manager several times; he welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved any issues. Recently, they have done some decoration work, further enhancing the atmosphere of the place. We enjoy going there and highly recommend it.

   I don't like to give fast food restaurants a very high mark normally, but I came here at lunchtime, got served quickly, food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty.....better than most burger kings.... ...a few of the people serving looked a little sad...I hope they are feeling loved and appreciated in their job!!....a happy workforce is a productive workforce!!

   It was a poor experience, food not great, the drinks machines are not very clean and you can smell stagnant water. I work in pharmaceutical industry and I am very worried someone is going to fall ill with those machines.

   Bought a double cheese burger with fries large with perfect taste and the only thing that didn't taste good was the hot chocolate they made. The hot chocolate tasted like it was plane hot water, I went back to the assistant manager I presume had glasses on but couldn't remember his name and said to me I think "the machine is operating hot chocolate more than the milk"? Sorry pal but from what I experienced from the taste of the hot chocolate or should i say hot WATER maybe you should check twice with the machine that makes hot drinks especially on a snowy day. That way you wouldn't have customers coming back to complain even rating lower and writing a bad review of the place. *face palm*

   I prefer Burger King to other fast food restaurants, I like this resturant as it's a little quieter than others and the food always hot. Some times when you order from other stores they serve up cold burgers.

   I just ordered 3 burger meals, specifically without bacon, we kept on repeating that we didn't want any bacon. And when we received the order our burgers were full of bacon. Whilst we were in the middle of eating the burgers we noticed the bacon inside the burgers and rushed inside the shop and asked for a refund however, one of the staff without his name badge wearing a black shirt refused to give us a refund or understand the situation and told us that it was it is a standard burger that comes with bacon and tried to force us to eat bacon even though it is against my religion and my belief. I paid over £30 for three meals which is way too expensive and received indecent food. They deserve minus 5 star.
