I like their milkshakes but they always leave big big chunks of Oreo inside instead of crushing it finely which makes it hard to drink.

Verdict β€’ Food Quality: High-quality ingredients, particularly the fresh-cut fries and customizable, juicy burgers. β€’ Atmosphere: Casual, loud, and dominated by the iconic red-and-white checkered theme and stacks of peanut oil boxes and potato sacks. Don't forget the free peanuts while you wait! β€’ The Price/Value Question: This is where Five Guys can be polarizing. It’s significantly more expensive than traditional fast food. You are paying a premium for "fresh food, not fast food," but the service style is still fast-casual. Final Score: 8/10

Came with fambam to enjoy some good ol burgers. Upon arriving was quiet as we visited on a weekday. Was going to order at the till but saw the kiosks and thought to give them a try, ordering was smooth and easy, menu on screen was very informative and also options to add to your burger/shake. We opted for 2 bacon cheese burgers accompanied by a large cajun fries, peanut butter oreo shake and a refillable drink. Fries like always spot on especially with the five guys mayo. Burger was also good, felt a little cold but I think was due to veggies in burger. Shake again did not disappoint. Service from the staff was also a highlight, everyone seemed happy and also was very attentive and engaging to customers.

I was so disappointed with my trip here. The actual restaurant was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all afternoon/evening. Food, straws, paper cups on the chairs and floor so had to clear a seat for ourselves while all 3 members of management stood by the friers chatting. The food service was far below standard taking 14 minutes to complete my order. The food itself wasn’t made to standard, it was dry and not enough ketchup in it. They locked the toilet door early so customers couldn’t use it. When I asked a staff member to refill the empty ketchup bottle it took her over 10 minutes in which time the food had gone cold. Do not recommend, staff are clicky and rude.

Burgers are better than most and I do like the fries. However the price is to high and it's still a burger in a bag. Let's move on from the 50s burger bar please!

Worst value for money!!! The amount of onions in my burger was insulting. The amount of jalapeΓ±os was even more disappointing!!! If I ever go to Five Guys again, I will be showing these pictures with the hope of an improved service. 2 burgers, 1 reg fries and 2 milkshakes for Β£37 with that experience is a one-off for me!

Never fails to disappoint. The bacon milkshake is delicious and a meal in its own right.

The food tasted great but was luke warm when i received it, also me along with the four other customers before me had their orders messed up, I had three things in my order and all three were wrong including giving me a milkshake with peanut in it to which I am allergic, also when I enquired about my burger not being what I ordered I was given the ingredients seperately to correct the mistake myself. Not the level of service I expected from such a large restaurant chain. Very disappointed.

Reasons for three stars Limited menu selection just beef burgers or a veggie burger or hot dogs No chicken burgers No combo meals, everything is priced individually for maximum profit Prices- very expensive A cup of regular fries Β£4.50 A cup of spices fries Β£5.50 A cheeseburger Β£8.00 A milkshakes Β£5.25 Overall a very expensive burger bar, food was nice but nothing special. I had a salted caramel shakes and it just tasted like a creamy milkshake. The burger for the price was small, tasty but small. You order at the counter and then sit down and they bring your food. Would I go again, no far too expensive for what you get. There are much better value similar burger bars.
