Very nice, good food. I would say an all rounder. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about. Nice place for a quiet meal for two or with friends. Very good and polite service.
I was recommended to visit this restaurant and it has been the best recommendation the restaurant has a great ambience the food is amazing portions are great even got to take some of the food away. The staff were very attentive without being in your face. The owners are a very friendly young couple who are very proud of their achievements in making this restaurant so popular and successful.
This is a family run restaurant. It’s been going for a long long time. . When we lived in Upminster we were frequent visitors and on a return visit we were excited to go back after 7 years. The food was as excellent as it always had been. One of our party was vegetarian and instead of being an after thought on the menu she was told everything came as a vegetarian option. I had forgotten how great they are on vegetable dishes, everything tastes and is recognisable as what it is. I love this consistently great restaurant. I would say we had visited 100 times before moving away and never had a bad meal. Delighted to return and find it hasn’t changed. I’ve literally been dreaming about the meal we had.
Have always had great food, impeccable service and as they take Tastecard, its a very good price. Never been disappointed.
Went to this restaurant as they take taste card. Starters and food OK but drink was expensive. Waiter who took our order not very friendly. Popadoms were shop bought and not good. Ordered sweets was told none available only lassey. Had not visited restaurant for a while but will not return lots of other curry houses in area to visit.
Delicious food, all around! We ordered eight dishes and all eight were phenomenal. The waitstaff was kind, funny, and attentive. Lovely hot towels at the end and a chocolate made the dinner special. Thank you for a great meal!!
Lovely food, good service and reasonable prices. Great value with the 50% off food offer. We ordered a variety of mains, side dishes, rices and breads - all tasty and nice tender, lean meat.
