These guys are exceptional. Even with my mistake ordering online, they sorted me out. Nowhere better for a late night kebab
Really miserable staff. On the phone very condescending, I simply wanted to know about the menu and if I can collect the food. The tone and manners was appalling. I've been in the takeaway a few times, every time one particular staff member never says hello or thanks. Mannerisms are disgusting. The food is decent although the red sauce made me had diheria previously.
They played a trick on a mother with a child by asking for £10 instead £9 for medium pizza, one guy prepared it, then popped from nowhere the other one to pass the box to my daughter and asked for £10. My daughter gave him a tenner. Other people in the queue were men and were served solely by one guy. Women, girls and children - legitimate targets? It was late, everything around closed, my daughter was confused and waited for the change. They earned £1. Shame!
Simply the best kebab in the South. There may be a queue, but that's a sign of how good they are and the staff smash though any queues quickly without cutting corners.
The best kebabs and burgers I have had. Moved out from the area over a decade ago. I will still drive in just to get my kebabs from the Charcoal Grill. One of the last places that still make their own kebabs. Portions are very generous. Medium is Large, Large is XL, XL is XXL compared to other grills. For us one portion of large chips is all we need. Burgers are delicious. Pizzas are good but I perfer a more tasty sauce. Salads are nice and fresh with usual lemon dressing. In store it is cash only. You can order and pay online. Currently no delivery options. The waiting area can get full quickly. Seriously recommended to anyone that can get to the area.

Doner tasted really nice with all the salad, but I must say , the meat was like ribbon, thin, and dry .
Best in the surrounding area. Busy all weekend so order in advance.
