   I received unhygienic, smelly, old meat. The smell was so bad that I couldn’t eat it. I called the guy at the shop, but he couldn’t speak English well, was rude, and even said he didn’t mind if I never ordered from them again.

   Very rude staff, the owner shouts a lot when you ask a simple question (his menu above the counter is not clear on meals/prices, then decides to show the print off takeaway menu, when i say that the menu above the counter is incorrect, he proceeds to get angry and point to the print out menu). When i said okay, i will pay extra for the chips with a meal, he patronisingly said okay, the next staff member went to put fresh frozen chips into the dryer, to which the owner said NO and poured some old already cooked chips back into the dryer, so they aren’t even fresh. THEN he took them out after 1 minute, put them in a box and said “this is the small portion you get”. I was so so shocked. Will never be going back due to the pure rudeness of staff and the fact i’m paying for pre/cooked, just re-heated food. Unbelievable.

   I got on Uber Eats Yoghurtulu Lamb Shish, Ussually this is my favourite meal that I treat myself occasionally. Well this time treatment was disappointment. No salt in meat or bulgur, whole meal is dry apart from yogurt that came sitting on top or the food, never had yoghurtulu that bad in my life. This opinion based on my one order and shop might be offering better food in different categories.

   I’m writing to report a very serious issue with my recent order of Adana Kofta with couscous. The food had a strong, unpleasant smell right from the start, which I initially thought was coming from the sauces. However, it became clear that the meat itself was spoiled and undercooked. It had a rotten odor, suggesting it may have been stored improperly or kept at an unsafe temperature for too long. Shortly after eating just a small amount, I became violently ill and vomited. This is not only deeply unpleasant but also dangerous to health. I urge you to look into this immediately, as this kind of food safety lapse can pose serious health risks to others as well

   I’m absolutely appalled by this food delivery. I have spent hundreds of pounds in this restaurant. I’ve never had an issue. Today all 3 wraps arrived COLD. when we have opened the two lamb shish wraps only had 3 TINY pieces of lamb in (refer to photos) also the falafel wrap had tiny pieces of crushed falafel not even making up to one ball of falafel! Wrap felt wet and so cold. Garlic sauce tasted like it had gone off. Salad in the wrap was also soaking wet!!! I demand a refund £41 for what? If you had no food left (as we ordered just before close) Then you should have just said! Not given us the scraps. Had a long day at work and gym. Came to have a nice lovely takeaway with family guests and this ruined our night completely!! I’m a regular, and I said I know the best place to order and this is the treatment I get! Fuming!!

   First day of GeTurkish (read Get Turkish) and in the neighbourhood, so I thought let’s give it a try. Wonderful staff, polite and great service. Food was great too, we tried Chicken wings, halloumi kebab in pitta and Salad and finally the big portion of Chicken Beyti with bulgar. I wish they would have given the yogurts separately so that it is easier to carry. I would recommend a try. They are also giving a 20% discount till 31st Jan, so get going give it a try.
