   Changing rooms and tills closed upstairs . The changing rooms downstairs look like haven’t been cleaned in years . Poor for a brand like H&M .

   Rude staff, poor service, no one upstairs, messy. Spend more time chatting to each other than the customers. H and M do better! Treating customers this way seems to be consistent. When they close this store if ever you will be sat at home wondering why you are out of a job. Think!

   Its an absoloutely awful store all around but the worst part about it is the tills. They only ever have 1 person on the tills and no one ever to assist on the self checkouts that is if they are working ever. The staff in this store really need to be trained more and be a bit friendlier to the customers i dont think ive ever had to queue for quite as long in any shop ever! Even if there is one person infront youre still queueing for a good 10 minutes. The sizes they have in stock are poor and the fitting rooms are always dirty. Staff arent friendly or helpful.

   Store is light and bright. 2 floors with escalators. Men and children's department upstairs. Ladies and accessories on ground floor, wider choice for women. Mostly 'younger' fashions both casual and smart day/evening, lingerie, accessories, etc. I signed up to their loyalty scheme as suggested by the cashier, and made a good saving on my purchases which was great. Bought clothing as Christmas presents for my son and fortunately all the items fitted perfectly and were a 'hit' - nothing to be returned :) The store can get very busy, especially at the weekend but it was quiet when I went.

   We weren’t given a receipt and when we were in store another day we asked if we need to return an item that we didn’t have a receipt for could we get a gift card we were told that most of time they only do exchanges but most mangers will do a gift note but when we got in the store we were greater by a young male called josh who is a manager. He was very rude and very unhelpful. Not sure why anyone would give a manager role to somebody who is so incompetent. With no people skills

   Staff were hopeless. Asked for assistance to be met with an incredibly blunt response and not much help. Went to get the few bits I was buying (because I needed them otherwise I'd have left them due to the service) One item on the sale (£12) rail came up at £25 and when i questioned it I was offered a 10% reduction... I stated it was on the £12 rail and after much faffing about the lady finally got it to £12.. Counting on her fingers took ages, please H&M supply your staff with calculators. (the girl on the checkout was genuinely trying her best but had clearly been let down by the store and other colleagues) Another item that was on a rail woth £3.99 items identical to it flagged up at over £20 Rather than make this poor girl have to work everything out again due to the incompetence of others, I simply left that item and went without. The only positive to come out of this was that the girl at the counter really did try and help. She was polite and patient. That poor girl is better than your store and I hope she finds a job that suits her pleasant nature.
