   I have been going to this branch in manchester on the high street for the past 5 years the service and the staff is the reason that made me keep coming back and being a huge collector of the red line i fell in love l, but one day i bought a pair of jeans and went back to discuss what could be done about the damaged jeans, i was dealt with Matt who is the duty manager and from the get go he didn’t want to listen he was already on a power trip and was showing signs of being unprofessional i tried my best to show im genuine and im not one who acts like he is entitled . When I realised this is manager does not want to help me at all I walked off politely as i took a glance back he and his staff had a little giggle while Matt the power tripping duty manager smerked in my face to Impress his staff and show his petty way of showing authority!! I will not be shopping at that store anymore i will stick with visiting the one on Selfridges . Cheers Matt if your reading this here is a peaceful piece of advice you are Hugo you are the brand the business and the example of the standards of service! And today you made Hugo loose a good customer

   I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service we always receive from Dee at the Hugo Boss store. He is truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Every time we visit, he assists us with great attention to detail, especially when it comes to alterations, such as adjusting the length of trousers or the fit of the waistband. He takes the time to ensure everything fits perfectly, and his advice is always spot-on. It’s a pleasure to shop with someone so knowledgeable and dedicated.    Great store. Obviously the products speak for themselves.....but the service here is equally as good - attentive without being pushy in any way. Item I wanted wasn't in stock (odd combination of waist and leg for my jeans).....no problem! We'll order them for you, "but I don't live in Manchester" again no problem, we'll send them to your address. Friendly and efficient - can't ask for more than that ☺️
