   The first and last time I buy from here the food was disgusting. The onion barges looked like they had be fried about 50 times certain parts of them were black they were more or less inedible. The Rogan Josh had a weird smell to it, I have Rogan Josh all the time when I have a curry and it was nothing like it should be. The vegetable curry that came with the biryani was nothing but onions , this was probably the worst curry takeaway I’ve ever had, and when the driver arrived from the shop , not uber, he stood and stared at me for about 5 seconds when I open the door as if to say how dare you order food , don’t buy from here there are far better curry houses around

   Order placed via Just Eat, more than 2 hours after the order was placed along with a notification of delivery from Just Eat, my food still hasn’t been received. No call from the restaurant to advise of any issues, instead I’ve had to call the restaurant 3 times for an update and each time I’m told ‘it’ll be with you within 3-5 minutes’. One of the men I spoke to actually started laughing at me whilst on the phone to them.

   We’ve been ordering from here for years, we’ve always had such nice food but the last two times have been awful! We’ve had simple orders of three chicken tikka’s, three pilau rice and three Bombay aloo, both times rice has been missing! This time we called, and the man we spoke to tried to blame us when two people witnessed the phone call. He then said ‘ah yes, I see. Can you come and collect?’ The whole point of a takeaway is to have it delivered to your house! The man was rude on the phone and useless! Food was freezing cold when it got to us as well. I will never be ordering from this place again.

   I've been getting my Indian food from this restaurant for over 20 years and never changed places. Any other Indian food does not compare to the hot spot. The food is always fantastic, flavourful and lovely. The price is good for what you get. The staff are great. Always happy and fulfilled after ordering from here. Never disappoints. +5☆

   We ordered a large amount of food for 10 ppl this evening. I called the order in the guy was really polite and friendly, the online order was wrongly priced but they still have me a discount which I thought was nice. The food was delivered fresh and was really delicious. Everybody loved it. Thankyou for our lovely meal and great service. Well done.

   We've never had a bad curry from Hot Spot and find them very reasonably priced, compared to some in the area. They deliver on time, nice n hot and VERY tasty. My husband is very fussy with his lamb vindaloo and he's had 3 from Hot Spot and they've been consistently good.
