Such a good costumer service from Adithya, helped us pick perfumes, was very nice and patient :)) good suggestions from him, would be coming back, they’ve got good range of fragrance
With the perfumes there were so many with beautiful looking bottles however I was extremely unsure of which one to get. Qassim was however so helpful he helped me identify exactly what I wanted and I got hooked on the smell of one and just had to buy it for my mother

For a big company, getting in touch with them via phone is impossible. I tried to get through to the wilmslow road branch, I pressed option 3, it took me all the way round again, and does so every time. I'm waiting for a generic response. Edit: There is no need for anyone to send feedback to some other email address. So no, I won't. Going to leave this here to show everyone how incompetent you are.
Great experience at this store, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for elegant Asian clothes for an event. The manager was really patient, explaining the different styles and materials. Great quality clothing and customer service, would come back again.
Since Junaid Jamshed opened in Wilmslow Road, I have been a regular customer and have recommended the store to my friends and family. I have always found Mr Zulfiqar to be very professional, caring and offering a high standard of customer care by paying attention to detail. I have had tailor made outfits for weddings in the past and found the manager to arrange everything for me at short notice. I am not from Manchester, however JJ is one of the main reasons for my regular visits, Mr Zulfiqar and his staff are always very helpful and happy to offer advice needed to help chose an outfit. I think Mr Zulfiqar is an asset to JJs and he makes a difference to the shopping experience by going out of his way to make you feel very welcomed. Thank you 5* service. Mani
Such a great experience. The girls and the manager Mr. Zulfiqar made the experience really enjoyable even in the current climate. They were so helpful from start to finish by advising about the sizes and combinations. The quality is excellent, would definitely recommend.
