   Called into the bury store yesterday. The male member of staff who served me was incredibly rude so I asked him if he was having a bad day or something to which he responded well apart from the fact I’ve spent the whole weekend with my grandad who is seriously ill I’m fine. I tried to empathise but with respect you don’t bring your personal problems to work and take them out on customers. As well as buying something I had an online return for items that didn’t fit and usually expect to tap my card and when I enquired he made a snide remark about me previously returning items in store. I didn’t realise the store has a problem with customers returning items that are not suitable. He is clearly in the wrong job as not a people person at all.

   Called in the bury store at 11.20 sunday morning. Found the staff at the tills very rude and slow. I thought i would try the self serve which would be great if the tags were easy to come off, i waited my turn and asked for help which in return the lady serving gave me a dirty look and a tut as though it was too much trouble, i did thank the assistant for helping me but got a blank stare in response.

   We found the staff amazingly helpful this morning. One young lady in particular really took so much trouble to help us. I am so sorry I didn’t get her name, she was outstanding. Thank you and what a lovely place to shop. X

   Good quality clothing for all ages at a very decent price. I bought three shirts for about £60 in total and they are a great fit and fantastic quality. I'm really impressed. I found the self service payment system slightly confusing but only because it was my first time in the store. Staff were really helpful.

   Good store nice and airy, plenty of choice. There are stairs to walk up to the upper floor, which is childrens department !! In all honesty i didnt look to see if there was a lift, im sure there must be, otherwise why would you locate the childrens dept upstairs ?? Lots of clothes reduced, so good for a xmas bargain. Helpful friendly staff.

   Always to warm inside to shop, unlike other H&M stores which are cool in temperature. Because of this, I refuse to shop in this store. Sept 22 - only one till open during busy times on both floors. Loads of staff but none serving. Why did I come back here!!
